After lunch, the crisp autumn weather was just too gorgeous! We were looking for somewhere to walk off our meal and have coffee with the family, so we visited Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang Branch💕✨

When the weather is good, visiting Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang Branch is an absolute must☀️✨ The sky was so clear, and its blue reflected right onto the glass building—seriously gorgeous☁️

Take the food-zone elevator up to the second floor and head to unit 204—that’s Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters!! The brand began in Haenggung-dong, Suwon, in 2017, and it’s a café that is truly serious about coffee! There are lots of signature drinks, and its coconut coffee alone has reportedly sold more than 1.1 million cups.

There are stairs inside the café leading up to second-floor seating, and I had to take a photo because the shadows from the glass windows were so pretty.

Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters’ menu!! I was relieved to see a decaf option, so I could enjoy coffee without worry👍🏻 You can choose from dark, medium, and decaf beans, and there are plenty of coffee drinks to suit your taste.

Honestly, on the way to the counter, I saw the Summer Latte on a POP sign beside the stairs and it completely stole my heart…🫶🏻 As an affogato fanatic, there could not be a more perfect menu item for me!! You’re the one.

Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters is actually famous not only for coffee but also for desserts, and once I got there, I could see why. Beyond familiar choices like cakes and cookies, there were seasonal fruit fresh-cream sandos, rusks, madeleines, Lamington cakes, and more😋

Every single thing looked delicious, but we had eaten lunch until we were absolutely stuffed, so sadly we decided to order only coffeeㅠㅠㅠ Next time, I’m definitely trying a sando!!

Along with desserts, there was a range of stylish Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters merchandise: T-shirts, hats, pencils, pens, mugs, drip bags, and more.

A Summer Latte loaded with ice cream

Seeing beans set out for smelling especially made me think that, true to the “Roasters” in its name, this is a brand that takes coffee seriously and puts real sincerity into it🫶🏻 We ordered a Summer Latte and an iced Americano!!

While we waited, it was time to admire the view through the huge glass windows✨✨ Weather like this is so precious—you have to enjoy every bit of itㅠㅠ

The pager buzzed and I went to collect our coffee, but the Summer Latte was so heavy because it had a ridiculous amount of ice cream on it hahaha. Isn’t this less an ice-cream latte and more like a huge pile of ice cream with espresso poured over it?😋

Ta-da✨ What is there even to say about the Americano? It was a genuinely fantastic coffee, so rich and nutty, with the aroma of the beans coming through clearly☕️ Even after the ice melted and the coffee became lighter over time, it retained its distinctive nuttiness and pleasantly bitter finish.

Please, if you come here, order the Summer Latte. The organic ice cream had a concentrated, rich milk flavor, so of course its sweetness was delicious!! As the staff member suggested, I first spooned up the ice cream on its own, then ate it mixed with coffee once it had melted down a little. Personally, I liked it even more in its shake-like form with that intense espresso flavor😋😋 The ice cream was good and the coffee was good—what could possibly go wrong!
