Former Secret Garden cafe in Yuseong with 3F photo zone: Luonto

With the warm autumn sunshine back these days, weekends mean getting the kids out and about. Especially in my case, with two sons... haha.

Last weekend, I took the family to Sutonggol to soak up the cooler fall weather. There used to be a cafe there I always stopped by whenever I went walking at Sutonggol — a kind of hideout spot. It had been a while since my last visit, and it turned out the place had completely changed!

This used to be the beloved 'Secret Garden,' but now it's not just the name that's changed — it's become a must-visit for its delicious chimney bread too haha. It's a lovely space that runs both a cafe and a wedding venue, and we had a relaxing, enjoyable time over coffee. 😉

Still lush and beautiful: the exterior and garden

It still carries the same atmosphere as the old Secret Garden, but with an even more polished feel.

The cafe entrance against the blue sky. The stylish architecture blends beautifully with the green trees, doesn't it? A photo at the entrance is a must! One of Luonto's biggest draws is its wide, beautiful outdoor space.

The brick details and interiors feel like Luonto's own signature. Walking through here feels like stepping into a garden.

Since small weddings are held here alongside the cafe, photo zones are everywhere.

The outdoor spaces are gorgeous. A pool-concept installation and white tents against the blue sky give it the feel of a high-end pool villa — really exotic. It's even prettier in person, and perfect for snap photos.

Three floors inside — where's the quiet spot?

The building has three floors total. There are quite a lot of outdoor tables too, so on an autumn day I'd recommend sitting outside.

There's a variety of tables and seats. The quietest place to sit is the third floor! You can see the outdoor space through the windows, which is lovely.

Luonto's interior is really stylish too — modern yet warm, so it was fun taking photos.

The menu and the chimney bread

The moment we opened the door, a sweet, nutty bread smell hit us, and there was no way we could just walk past it. We ended up ordering it without a second thought haha.

The chimney bread is stunning just to look at! It came out beautifully set with a basic cinnamon version plus various toppings.

Iced Americano and chimney bread is a perfect pairing haha. Definitely try it :)

The chimney bread is even bigger in person! It comes out warm, so tearing it apart with your hands is half the fun. Crispy outside, moist inside — the kids really enjoyed it too.

Visiting after so long brought back old memories, and getting to enjoy the cooler autumn weather with delicious chimney bread made for a truly happy time.

A great cafe to visit with kids! With its spacious outdoor area, tasty bread, and comfortable interior, it's really good for a visit with children.

Perfect to stop by after a walk at Sutonggol! It's close to the trail, so it's a great spot to rest with a cool drink and bread after your walk. If you remember the old Secret Garden, seeing what Luonto has become will feel even more special.
