I really love milk bread, so when I heard about Easy White Bread, a new bakery near Sinjung-dong Station, I'd been meaning to check it out. This time I finally stopped by while passing through.

What kind of bakery is Easy White Bread near Sinjung-dong Station?

Easy White Bread near Sinjung-dong Station has that steady, beloved neighborhood milk bread bakery feel. It's a milk bread specialty bakery café brand under BonIF, which turned the milk bread that was once the signature item at Easy Brewing Coffee into its own independent brand. They say they use carefully selected ingredients like AOP French butter and dairy cream, so you can really taste the deep flavor and softness of the bread itself.

And they also sell the cream milk cream fruit sando (fruit sandwich) that I'm absolutely obsessed with 🤤

Seating and atmosphere at Easy White Bread

Inside Easy White Bread near Sinjung-dong Station there's a small space with about 3 tables, good for sitting down to eat. It's a cozy space to take a break for a bit, enjoying freshly baked bread and fragrant coffee at your own pace!

Plus, Easy White Bread near Sinjung-dong Station doesn't just do bread — they also handle coffee, with a carefully selected brewed coffee lineup. They say pairing freshly brewed coffee with the milk bread gives you an even richer harmony of flavors!

They say the signature milk bread is even more delicious when paired with the various handmade jams and cream cheeses — plain cream cheese, honey fig cream cheese, blueberry butter jam. And off to one side, there were even fruit sandos~

Gift sets and cutting options for the milk bread

I liked that the store had detailed info on how to store the bread and how to eat it best. And they even have gift sets, so it's great for presents too! There's Gift Set 1, made of 2 out of 4 signature half-size milk bread flavors or 1 whole loaf, and Gift Set 2, made of milk bread plus 2 bottles of handmade butter jam. It felt perfect for a special occasion or even just a small everyday gift, and I really liked that.

What you can try at the in-store tasting corner

And off to one side there was even a tasting corner, so I gave it a try! The pieces weren't small at all — they were pretty generous, enough to really get a sense of which one suited my taste.

I heard the coffee was good too, so I ordered a cup along with the bread! While I was watching the hand-drip coffee machine work, my iced americano came out quickly! You could tell they take pride in it — the beans seemed good and the coffee itself was nutty and delicious.

Golden Beurre half loaf and one piece of cream castella milk bread

I first bought the half-size Golden Beurre milk bread and a single piece of the cream castella milk bread. Easy White Bread also sells milk bread by the single piece, which seems great for people living alone or anyone who just wants to try the taste first 👍🏻

First, the milk bread — I could totally see why it's the signature menu item. So soft, so nutty, so good 👍🏻

We just spread on regular jam, and the bread's flavor didn't get lost at all — it was so nutty!! I bet it'd be even more delicious with the handmade jam sold in the store, so I made a promise to myself to buy some jam next time haha

And then, the cream castella milk bread that was just so good!!!

It was so good I wanted to run straight back to the store and buy a bigger portion right away lol. Having just 1 piece was such a shame — an amazing bread. The regular Golden Beurre bread was delicious too, and the castella bread was totally my taste, so I'll probably be back at Easy White Bread near Sinjung-dong Station again soon 🤤 This time I mainly bought bread so I didn't get to try the fruit sando, but next time I definitely will! ><
