The weather's been so nice lately, perfect for brunch, right? I had an errand near Seoul Station recently and stopped by a place known for its really good sandwiches.

The area around Seoul Station gets so busy and crowded that it's surprisingly hard to find a quiet café to rest in. Dance Dance Dance was a warm, comfortable spot tucked among the buildings, which I really liked.

The inside of Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station isn't huge with wide seating like a big franchise café, but the layout is well arranged and the comfortable interior made the whole space feel really cozy. It seemed like a great atmosphere for reading a book or working on a laptop solo while quietly enjoying brunch.

There were actually a lot of solo customers, and it was quiet. It seems like a good spot to stop by while passing through Seoul Station for some good bread and coffee.

True to its sandwich-shop reputation, Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station had a wide range of sandwiches and baguettes!

There were fresh-looking fall seasonal items like the fig matcha baguette and fig pistachio baguette, plus a salty pollack roe baguette (myeongnan baguette) — plenty of range to pick from depending on your taste.

On top of that, the sandwich menu items can be switched from baguette to soft ciabatta, so both people who like a crispy hard crust and people who prefer a fluffy, soft texture can pick what suits them. I really liked that.

Another tip: ordering coffee together with a sandwich gets you a ₩1,000 set discount on the drink! I ordered a decaf iced americano to go with my sandwich, plus a chocolate chip scone for dessert.

They made the sandwich right away, so I got to try it fresh out! It's a grilled cheese sandwich with three whole premium cheeses — cheddar, mozzarella, and gouda — and it's only available on baguette. One bite in, the baguette was super crispy and generously packed with all three cheeses inside.

Honestly, this might be the best sandwich of my life. It's completely delicious, and the jalapeño cuts through the richness while the honey adds sweetness — it's so good, please, please try it!

Honestly there were so many sandwich options that it was hard to choose, and even after choosing I wondered if I should've picked something else, haha, but the moment I took a bite I thought, yep, I picked the right one.

Dad loved it too and said it was so good! The portion isn't small either — it's good for two people to share. The americano we ordered alongside was great too. Decaf beans often come out either too sour or bland, but here, even the decaf had a solid, clean flavor.

Is the chocolate chip scone worth adding?

To finish off dessert, the scone! Breaking off a piece, the outside was crispy while the inside stayed moist without crumbling apart dry — totally crisp-outside, moist-inside. The chocolate chips kept it from being plain too. They're good at scones too, apparently.

What I liked most about this visit was, first of all, how delicious the sandwich was!! Genuinely beyond expectations. I'm definitely coming back to have it again. The cheddar, mozzarella, and gouda were all generously loaded and delicious, and the jalapeño and honey 🍯 combo was perfect... ♡ On top of that, the set discount and the thoughtful option to switch to ciabatta based on preference were both great too!
