Seoul Station café's new chocolate baguette: Dance Dance Dance

Another visit to Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station! I was trying to figure out where to spend my precious weekend brunch time and picked this place again — fig season is here, so I went back to this fig pistachio baguette spot and Seoul Station brunch favorite 😊

Where is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, and is there parking?

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is on B3 of the Grand Central building, so you can park right there. They give you 1 hour free :) After that it's ₩1,500 per 10 minutes, so keep that in mind⭐️

It had been a while since my last visit and the place was packed! I'd heard on Instagram that people come here specifically for the fig pistachio baguette, and yeah, most people really were ordering it 😊

I still haven't tried the mentaiko baguette or the ciabatta... when will I ever get to them haha

I get the pistachio tofu cream cheese baguette every single time I come here, you know?? Hahaha a familiar flavor is a dangerous thing... I came today because I can't resist my favorite combo of fig and pistachio tofu cream cheese. I really wanted to try the chocolate baguette with pistachio cream cheese too, but both would've been pistachio cream cheese, so.. this time I ordered the chocolate cream cheese chocolate baguette ^^..

Chocolate baguettes have been trending for a while now, but this was my first time trying one... eating this for lunch feels a bit much, but it's Dance Dance Dance so I can make it work. At least it's tofu cream cheese, right? A healthy cream!!^^ 🥹🥹

How the ₩18,900 fig pistachio baguette tastes

The fig pistachio baguette is a baguette with fig jam + pistachio tofu cream cheese + fig, all combined haha. They're generous with the pistachio tofu cream cheese too, spreading it on thick hahaha, unbelievably good…💚💚🥹🥹

Inside there are also super sweet figs and crushed pistachio bits sprinkled in haha. At ₩18,900, it better be loaded generously,,,, it's pricey so I hesitate, but it's genuinely delicious ㅠ When you take a big bite, the pistachio cream squishes out the sides, so eating it neatly isn't easy hahaha. But it's a flavor I keep craving 🥹 Pistachio lovers, run here right now!

How sweet is the chocolate chocolate baguette?

Next up, the chocolate chocolate baguette,,, I was curious after the previous chocolate tofu cream cheese baguette disappeared from the menu, which I was so bummed about 🥹 Here's my try at it… it looks super sweet, right?? But it's actually not that sweet. So it goes great with coffee ㅠㅠㅠ

Loaded thick with chocolate here too~!~!~!!! Finished off with crushed pistachio bits haha

The baguette isn't chewy at all — it eats cleanly like a classic baguette. Crispy outside, chewy inside!! Easy to eat without feeling heavy!!! I haven't tried other chocolate baguettes so I can't compare, but this is definitely not a cheap chocolate flavor — it's a refined chocolate taste 🍫🍫👍👍

The tip: spreading leftover pistachio cream on the chocolate baguette

There was so much (?) leftover pistachio tofu cream from the fig pistachio baguette, so I spread it onto the chocolate baguette too hahaha. The magic of two menu items becoming three hahahaha. A refined pistachio tofu cream cheese + chocolate baguette combo — what more can I say

Good tip, right? Hahahahaha If you order the chocolate chocolate baguette but actually want to try the pistachio chocolate baguette? Then order the pistachio baguette and spread it on yourself!! Hahahaha Works the other way around too…😂⭐️💚 Next time I'll order the pistachio chocolate baguette and for the other one…… I'll just get whatever I'm craving then ㅠㅠ Feels like another new menu is coming soon~~~☺️
