I kept promising myself I'd eat a really heavy breakfast. Why? Because if I eat a lot in the morning, I'll eat less for lunch and dinner!! Total lie. This is honey I received as a wedding favor from a newlywed couple a while back — finally getting to use it. They said the honey overflowed so they only put in a little, but I was surprised by how much honey it actually was.

Does Heukseon dissolve in water, and how does it taste?
Thanks to whatever special method Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Seoritae Heukseon uses, it really dissolves well in water. Even a light flick of the wrist and it's dissolved. Next time I'll try it with milk, soy milk, almond milk, and oat milk too.
It's a smooth shake, not chalky at all. Since it uses brewer's yeast, I'll serve it in a beer glass — drink my shake like I drink beer, always. Now that I'm dieting, alcohol is banned. Only this shake goes into my body from now on.
Wow, it's genuinely smooth. It's been a while since I had a grain shake, and it's nutty and clean-tasting with absolutely none of that beany smell you sometimes get. One glass is enough to fill you up.
