I was looking for a place near Sinnonhyeon Station to grab a coffee and something to eat, and that's how I ended up at Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch 24 Auto Brew Cafe. I ended up having a mocha blend iced americano with a smoked salmon sandwich, and it was so much more filling and tasty than I expected, so let me share it with you haha.

Where is Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon, and is it really open 24 hours?
Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch is a 24-hour café located close to Sinnonhyeon Station. True to the '24 Auto Brew' in its name, being open all day long is its biggest draw.
During the day it's run by staff, and at night it switches over to unmanned auto-brew service. So it's a good option if you suddenly want coffee late at night, or need somewhere to keep chatting after an appointment wraps up near Sinnonhyeon. For anyone looking for a late-night café near Sinnonhyeon Station, this place is a welcome find!

Seating, kiosk ordering and printing at Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon
Walking into Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch, the space was bigger and cleaner than I expected. There are seats good for chatting over coffee, and also seats set up nicely for solo laptop work.
Looking around, there were quite a few people there alone, and some who seemed to be studying or working. Since it runs 24 hours, it felt less like a place just for coffee and more like a spot good for solo café time, studying, or grabbing a quick meal all at once.
Ordering is done by kiosk! Plus printing is available too!

What's on the menu, and what I ordered

Selecto Coffee had all kinds of coffee as well as simple meal options like baked goods and sandwiches. For the americano especially, you can pick from several types of beans — mocha blend, geisha blend, blue mountain blend, and more — depending on your taste.
That day I ordered
- ☕ Mocha blend iced americano
- 🥪 Smoked salmon sandwich
I only meant to get coffee, but the smoked salmon sandwich caught my eye so I ordered it too. And honestly, that sandwich was amazing!

How the mocha blend iced americano tasted
I picked the mocha blend beans and had it as an iced americano. It had that nutty, smooth character typical of mocha blend, easy to drink without any burden.
When I drink americano at a café, I tend to prefer nutty over overly acidic, and this one paired really well with the sandwich. The smoked salmon sandwich was packed with ingredients, which could get heavy, but a sip of the cool iced americano cleaned everything up nicely haha.
The smoked salmon sandwich
And the menu item I was most satisfied with that day — the smoked salmon sandwich. From the first look, it was loaded with filling, way more substantial than I expected.
I figured a single sandwich would just be a light bite, but that was totally wrong lol. The smoked salmon was generous, and the fillings overall were packed in, so after finishing one I felt much more full than I thought I would. It wasn't a sandwich with thick bread and not much else — the inside was packed, so every bite had several ingredients mixed together, which I liked.
Above all, the salty, clean flavor of the smoked salmon paired really well with the crunchy texture of the vegetables. I honestly don't usually expect much from café sandwiches, but after trying this one I thought,
Oh? This place's sandwich is actually pretty good?
haha. It wasn't just a snack to go with coffee — it was hearty enough to work as a simple lunch or brunch on its own.
Is Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon worth a late-night stop?
I initially went to Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch just for a cup of coffee, but the space was bigger and the menu more varied than expected, so I liked it. For anyone looking for a 24-hour café near Sinnonhyeon Station, being open around the clock is itself a big plus.
That day I had the mocha blend iced americano and the smoked salmon sandwich — the coffee was easy to enjoy, and what stuck with me most was how filling the smoked salmon sandwich was, packed with ingredients. It's a good spot to rest for a bit before or after an appointment in Sinnonhyeon, and also good for when you need to stay at a café late or want to grab a simple meal at the same time.
If you like sandwiches in particular, definitely try the smoked salmon sandwich! A coffee plus a hearty sandwich combo made for an easy, satisfying meal here 🥪☕
