Changwon hair salon for defined jelly perm curls: Vivienne Hair

Wanting a change after a long time, I visited Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch (비비엔느헤어 창원상남점) in Sangnam-dong, Changwon. I prefer tightly curled, clearly defined styles over naturally loosened waves, so I had a cut and jelly perm together this time.

Where is the salon, and is parking available?

The salon is in Room 201 on the second floor at 23 Danjeong-ro, Seongsan-gu, Changwon. It was my first visit, but the location was easy to spot and find. Parking support is available at the building's underground parking lot and Real Parking Lot, which made it convenient to visit by car.

What were the waiting area and amenities like?

Once inside, the salon was more spacious than I expected. There was also a generous waiting area, so it seemed possible to wait relatively comfortably even when there were many customers. The neat, well-organized interior also stood out.

A variety of hair products for sale were displayed along one side. Since I am usually interested in hair products, I looked around to see what was available. There were quite a few styling stations as well, giving the impression of a sizable salon.

The shampoo area was also clean and comfortable. The self-service bar had coffee, drinks, and easy-to-eat snacks, which I could use freely during my appointment.

What was the jelly perm process like?

First, they checked the condition of my hair, and I explained that I wanted a jelly perm with clearly defined curls. Before starting the perm, they used a cut to tidy up the length and style. After trimming the untidy parts, my hair already felt much neater.

While I waited, a staff member brought me coffee and snacks. I could have used the self-service bar myself, but I appreciated that they brought them to my seat. I took a short break with the coffee before continuing the appointment.

After the cut, they applied the perm solution carefully and used heat processing. Seeing the many stages involved, I realized it was a more hands-on service than I had expected. They also checked the condition of my hair along the way.

After the heat processing, they moved on to neutralization. I do not get perms often, but each step was carried out carefully, so I felt comfortable leaving it to them.

How did the finished jelly perm curls turn out?

After the whole process was finished and my hair was shampooed, I checked the final result. The curls came out tightly formed and bouncy, just as I had wanted. I was happy because the clearly defined curls suited my preference.

After the service, they also gave me a sample of Hema shampoo. I was glad to be able to try it at home.

What I liked most about this visit was how well they brought out the curls I wanted. The spacious, comfortable salon and parking support also helped make the appointment more convenient.
