Long Time No See is a pizza pub you can spot right after coming out of Yadang Station exits 1 or 2 and crossing a small bridge and crosswalk. It's at 1074 Gyeongui-ro, Samyoong Cinema Room 211, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, open daily from 17:00 to 24:00.

I had a work trip out toward Ilsan in Paju, and while searching for a Yadang Station restaurant or Paju bar, I ended up eating with a friend at Long Time No See! Beer and pizza after finishing some tough work is truly the best, ㅠㅠ you know that feeling — the beer 🍺 you drink after surviving a brutal week.

It stays open later than I expected for Yadang, so it's also great for a second or third round spot. Yadang Station exits 1 and 2 had escalators, which was convenient haha. It was my first time coming to a place called Yadang, and I felt like it was some kind of peaceful little train station town. The scenery was pretty too haha. It's on the 2nd floor so I took the elevator up, and it's located just inside, right next to a hair salon.

Inside Long Time No See Yadang Branch: mood and seating

Long Time No See looks kind of cozy from outside, but once you go in, the place is surprisingly spacious. Looks great for a Yadang group work dinner too. And with the picture windows opening up to a pretty view of Yadang, it's a view-spot too haha. The staff were friendly and there were quite a few customers.

The store had this kind of vibe, and there were a lot of customers bringing kids too. Probably because the seats and tables are spaced out nicely and comfortably...!

How the bracelet self-tap beer works

Long Time No See has this unique system — like being at a beer amusement park, you scan your bracelet on whichever beer tank you want and pour as much as you like haha haha. Such a clever system. Since you're pouring straight from a well-managed aging tank, the refreshing taste and flavor is really on another level...❤️ Beer lovers would really love this.

What comes in the set menu, and what it costs

The menu at Long Time No See Yadang Branch is on a kiosk, so you can check everything comfortably with photos! The set menus are really well put together and reasonably priced. You get to pick 3 items — pizza, tteokbokki, pasta, wings, plus a fries set — and for around ₩30,000s, that's a genuinely fair, good-hearted price in these high-inflation times.

Before 7pm they also give you dessert — get this, injeolmi ice cream! Plus free corkage! The owner is really generous.

We were thinking of trying the signature set (the spicy hangover pasta was so tempting haha haha) but ended up ordering the set that includes tteokbokki, since we went there to solve dinner too!

Wood-toned interior, clean-looking place! Went to check out the beers while we waited.

Long Time Peach-Up, the peach beer on tap

There's a variety of Hand & Malt Pale Ale and also Asahi draft haha. From dark beers to refreshing citrusy ones, and there was even a peach beer called Long Time Peach-Up, so I was seriously torn. I'm a peach beer lover, so I couldn't let this chance slip by..❤️

Half-and-half pizza, tteokbokki and fries

I ordered the pizza half-and-half. I liked that you can add whatever crust filling you want, like cheese or sweet potato, and since it's cooked right when you order, the pizza tastes really fresh and delicious haha haha. The toppings are generously big and there's plenty of cheese too haha. Especially the potato pizza, absolutely amazing ㅠㅠㅠ ❤️

The fries sprinkled with seasoning are basically the textbook definition of pub fries. So good, my hand kept reaching for more.

And the tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) was hearty enough to be dinner on its own! Chewy rice cakes, ramyeon noodles, and broadly-sliced fish cake that soaked up the sauce so well ❤️❤️ The spice level was just right too. The kind of taste that's great for blowing off stress.

You pour as much beer as you want like this, but check it out — this is what happens if you're not great at pouring. A foam fortune haha haha haha.

I can't drink too much beer because I get full easily, so whenever I buy a can I usually end up leaving more than two-thirds of it. Here, I really loved that I could pour exactly as much delicious beer as I wanted ❤️❤️ It's no coincidence that this place's concept is a meeting of a pizza master and a beer master. Pizza and beer here are an amazing match, and it's perfect for a work dinner spot for people just off work.
