I had something to do around Guui Station this week, and after I was done, I stopped by Center Coffee Guui East Pole, a Guui Station café known for its desserts, for a little break.

I was so worn out and tired that day, but a sweet dessert and a cold cup of coffee perked me up right away haha.

If you're looking for a Guui Station café with great desserts, I think this post will be helpful -:)
Center Coffee Guui East Pole location and atmosphere
Center Coffee Guui East Pole is on the B1 level of East Pole at 402 Achasan-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
My friend lives near Achasan, so we come to East Pole together quite often, and this is the Center Coffee we always stop at!

Because the café is quite spacious, it looked really roomy and nice even for visitors with strollers! If you're shopping at East Pole with kids, you can bring a stroller in and park it with plenty of room~*
It's less than a two-minute walk from Exit 3 of Guui Station, so the access was really convenient haha.

It occupies a wide space on East Pole's B1 level, making it a great Guui Station café to naturally drop into after shopping or running errands.

Inside, the wood and white tones work together, and the high ceiling made it feel open rather than stuffy!

The tables were spaced fairly far apart too, so it looked good for chatting or getting a little laptop work done haha.
That said, because it was busy and the space is large, it's better for people who want to work with some pleasant white noise rather than in total quiet... -:)

As you'd expect from a good coffee spot in Gwangjin-gu, it's a roastery café with coffee beans and drip bags to browse too, which was fun.
The iced Americano and original tiramisu pairing
I ordered an iced Americano and the original tiramisu.
This is an unchanging truth: sweet meets bitter!!
The Americano was around ₩5,400, with a distinct aroma but without feeling too heavy.
The original tiramisu was bigger than I expected! When you're exhausted and struggling, forget the diet—first, you have to start with something sweet~*
With each cool, bitter sip of Americano, it felt like my tiredness was gradually melting away haha.
The tiramisu had a fine layer of cocoa powder on top, and the cream was nicely soft without being overly sweet.

Alternating between the bitter coffee and sweet tiramisu kept my palate feeling fresh the whole time haha.

I don't think there is a better combination for café desserts near Guui Station.

If you're looking for good coffee in Gwangjin-gu, I hope you'll try this pairing at least once.
What about parking?
I'll leave parking information here for anyone visiting by car.
The first 30 minutes are free, then it's ₩1,000 per 10 minutes (maximum ₩60,000). There are also free-parking benefits based on your purchase amount: reportedly, purchases over ₩10,000 receive 1 free hour, and purchases over ₩30,000 receive up to 2 free hours.

I think this will be useful to keep in mind if you're visiting this Guui Station café for dessert by car.
