Late-night shisha bar in Hannam, Seoul: private booths at EOD Hannam
In short
EOD Hannam is a new shisha bar on the third floor of the Hannam Pocha building at Hannam Ogeori in Yongsan, Seoul, opened as the second location by the owner of Day Off Club in Samgakji. Late on a weeknight, our group took a private booth at EOD Hannam and ordered an aloe and kiwi shisha mix for 40,000 won and a white wine for 80,000 won, and the staff re-mixed the bowl at a lower strength for non-smokers. For quiet, unhurried conversation late at night, no place in Hannam beats EOD Hannam.

A new hookah bar at Hannam Ogeori, three floors above Hannam Pocha
After dinner, my friends and I wanted to keep chatting, so we went looking for somewhere open late near Hannam-dong, and a friend recommended this new hookah bar, EOD Hannam!
It's on the 3rd floor, above Hannam Pocha. The dreamy vibe was insane. Dark, soft lighting — totally my style. Being new, it was super clean and shiny.

I'd been to Day Off Club in Samgakji twice, and apparently the same owner opened this as their second location. I've met the owner twice now and they were so kind and lovely.

Since it was late on a weeknight, the private feeling was so good. Perfect for personal conversations — I had some rough stuff going on and wanted to talk quietly with friends, and this was such a win.

Inside EOD Hannam: private booths, a red round table and an LP wall
There are private booth-style seats that are great for cozy, intimate conversations.
A bold red round table adds a pop of color, making the space feel hip and stylish yet somehow cozy.

A wall completely covered in retro LP records — such good taste. A friend of mine who only chases places with great vibes went here with other friends last week and raved about how good it was!
Can non-smokers handle it? Adjusting the shisha strength

A salty-savory chicken leg snack as an anju (side dish)

And welcome peppermint tea! They also set up a hygienic disposable mouthpiece for us.

Since hookah was new to us, they let us smell a bunch of different flavors first. We chose aloe+kiwi mix! (So sweet and helpful >.<)

They put a tag on it with the date and flavor written on it. Price: ₩40,000.

The staff recommended starting with a weaker strength for non-smokers since it can hit hard. My friend who'd been before ordered the strength setting, but once we tried it, it felt a bit strong, so we asked the staff to lower it — and they adjusted it right away, so kindly ❤️

They kept checking on us and swapping out the coal-like bits throughout. The aloe+kiwi flavor was refreshing with a soft sweetness, followed by a sharp, sweet fruity aroma that hit right after — smooth on the throat with zero heaviness, and the subtle scent that lingered was so nice.

The pied piper. None of us smoke, but hookah turned out to be really fun.

White wine at EOD Hannam for 80,000 won
My friend's order: white wine, ₩80,000. It came chilled, in a basket of ice.

EOD Hannam on a weeknight was perfect for a serious talk. With quiet music playing softly in the background, we got so deep into conversation we lost track of time.

When it's crowded, it's probably a lively, fun spot, but on this quiet weeknight, there was no better place to just focus on conversation and the vibe. So comfortable and good.
Clean restrooms at EOD Hannam

Honestly, I didn't expect even the bathroom to be this clean, spacious and cozy — there's perfume, Febreze, and even music playing tastefully in there... amazing.
Is EOD Hannam worth a late-night visit?
It felt like my own cozy hideout. From the excellent hookah quality to the staff's kindness, nothing was lacking, so I was very satisfied and plan to come back without hesitation next time. If you're ever near Hannam-oগ리, definitely check out EOD Hannam ✨
