How do you order at Clap Pizza in Beomeo-dong?

You order at the kiosk by the entrance, take a vibrating pager and wait at your table. The counter is right in front of you as you walk in.

Next to the counter there are takeout boxes that give you a sense of the pizza sizes.

Clap Pizza starts cooking the moment you order, so they say it takes 15 to 20 minutes to come out.

Does Clap Pizza have high chairs and a self-serve bar?

Clap Pizza Believe Heritage has baby chairs for families. In a corner by the tables there's a table bar where you can grab pickled onions, water, napkins and forks.

If you order a soda you get a cup, and there's a drink station next to the counter for refills.

Seating and wood-toned interior at Clap Pizza Believe Heritage

The inside is mostly wooden tables, with a long table in the middle for groups.

To show you how the tables are laid out, I took photos of every corner. Wooden tables dominate, and the tables and chairs are modern and nicely arranged.

Clap Pizza menu: can you get half-and-half pizza?

The Clap Pizza Believe Heritage menu has a wide range of pizzas, and you can order half-and-half too, in case that helps. Soda refills are allowed. We ordered a garlic shrimp pizza and a cider.

How was the garlic shrimp pizza at Clap Pizza?

First, the pickled onions I brought from the table bar mentioned above. Eaten with the pizza, they're fresh and really good.

When you order a pizza, garlic mayonnaise sauce and pickles come with it.

Here's the garlic shrimp pizza we ordered. It's piled with cheese, the crispy garlic is wonderfully nutty, there's shrimp on every slice, and the dough couldn't be more flavorful and delicious.

I set the pizza, sauce, pickles and everything out together for a photo.

I also took a photo of one slice on a small plate. The generous cheese is the star, and even looking at the photo again, it looks and tastes like something I want to eat again.

Why eat in at Clap Pizza Daegu Believe Heritage

• Recommended if you want a clean, tidy pizza. Both the shop and the pizza lineup are very neat and well put together.
• The exterior and interior are excellent. Atmosphere and decor are one of the key parts of a meal, and here they're great.
