Oneul Haru menu and order

- Gochujang bulgogi gondre sotbap (stone-pot rice with seasoned thistle greens)
- Grilled fish gondre sotbap (stone-pot rice with seasoned thistle greens)
Side dishes and fried snacks at the self-serve bar

The self-serve bar is also kept very well! A variety of side dishes are neatly prepared, including fresh baby napa cabbage, peppers, cabbage salad, nabak kimchi (water kimchi with sliced radish), and pickled onions!

There is also tteokbokki (spicy stir-fried rice cakes), freshly fried crispy eggplant, and fried mushrooms, all available for you to help yourself to!

The basic gondre sotbap set

The gondre sotbap comes with seasoning sauce, roasted seaweed, stir-fried anchovies, stir-fried zucchini, nabak kimchi, and warm miyeokguk (seaweed soup), all great alongside the rice! You can also have baby napa cabbage and fresh ssam vegetables for wraps, making for a healthy and generous spread!

There is a huge amount of gondre in the rice!

Gochujang bulgogi gondre sotbap
The side dishes differ by menu, and the gochujang bulgogi comes with baby napa cabbage!

The gochujang bulgogi, stir-fried in a special sweet-and-spicy sauce, is perfect for waking up your appetite!

Top the freshly cooked stone-pot rice, fragrant with gondre, with seasoning sauce and gochujang bulgogi, and it is the ultimate rice thief! The meat has no unpleasant smell at all and a great chew, making it a thoroughly satisfying lunch choice in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju!

A clean-tasting grilled fish gondre sotbap set
The grilled fish comes with roasted seaweed instead of baby napa cabbage!

The grilled fish arrives nicely cooked: crisp on the outside and moist inside! Sprinkle the golden fish flesh with a little lemon juice and dip it in wasabi soy sauce, and its nutty flavor fills your mouth!

It pairs wonderfully with the savory gondre sotbap, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoys lighter Korean food!
