Dog pool and turf field at Gaeddae Playground, a Namyangju dog café

Today I visited Gaeddae Playground, a dog playground in Namyangju near Uijeongbu! We've already been here a few times with our dog Leo, so I was excited to come back to Gaeddae Playground in Namyangju! Shall we take a look together~??

Where is Gaeddae Playground, and how far is it from Seoul?

For Gaeddae Playground, a dog café near Seoul, it's easiest to navigate by searching 224-22 Saneung-ri. Being close to Seoul, it's about 30 minutes from Seoul, 15 minutes from Starfield Hanam, 10 minutes from the Hyundai Outlet in Guri, 10 minutes from Byeollae, 15 minutes from Wabu, Hwado, and Onam, and 10 minutes from Hopyeong and Jinjeop in Uijeongbu — a very accessible dog playground!! They've kindly noted all this on Naver too.

Ta-da! Here's the entrance to Gaeddae Playground in Namyangju. Doesn't it look like a great place for the pups to run around, all green from the entrance on~? "Welcome, make it a dog mess~!!" — such a cute sign haha ><

Gaeddae Playground also has a pool, but there's no lifeguard on duty. If any accident happens it's the owner's responsibility, so please watch your dogs closely, and be sure to read the notice about animals barred from entry and breeds required to wear muzzles.

There's a self-bar too, and a really wide variety of tasty desserts, drinks, and meal options. We ordered pork cutlet and cheese pork cutlet! Various drinks and alcoholic beverages are also available. The pork cutlet was genuinely delicious!

There are also snacks for dogs and dedicated water bowls for dogs prepared

The indoor area is also very spacious, with all kinds of photo zones set up. Just going around inside, there are so many photo spots and cute little details. There's also a separate space set up so you can seat your dog with you while you eat.

The outdoor turf field and dog pool at Gaeddae Playground

Step outside and a lovely green natural-looking field opens up. Of course the grass is artificial turf, but the dogs can run around happily on it and they really love it.

The weather was great, perfect for sitting around at Gaeddae Playground!! Leo running around non-stop, zoom zoom zoom!! The dogs love it this much.

This is the pool + self-wash station. It's already autumn now, but it's set up every year, so let's meet again next year >< Leo's passed-out ending. The end♡
