Omakase restaurant in Mapo, Seoul: Danya at Seoul Garden Hotel
Danya at Seoul Garden Hotel is a small Japanese restaurant in Mapo, Seoul. I tried its dinner course, from appetizers and steamed abalone to sashimi, sushi, rice dishes, and dessert; the quiet setting and checks on rice and wasabi amounts stood out. There are no private rooms, but it was calm enough during my visit to talk over the meal.
