It is on the eighth floor at 1393 Jungang-daero, Dongnae-gu, Busan—inside Lotte Department Store near Exit 5 of Myeongnyun Station. Hours are 10:30–20:30 during department store hours, with last orders at 20:00, and it is closed on the same days as the department store. They were also running a Naver receipt-review event.

Moshi Moshi Sushi, a popular sushi spot at Myeongnyun Station in Dongnae's Lotte Department Store, was originally famous as a sushi restaurant near Pusan National University. Turns out you can also find it on the eighth floor of Lotte Department Store Dongnae Branch.

You can use the department store parking lot, so it seems like a nice place to eat while shopping at the department store. For reference, hours are 10:30–20:30, with last orders at 20:00. Since it is inside Lotte Department Store, it is closed on the same days as the store!

A calm interior for a meal inside the department store

Because Moshi Moshi Sushi is inside Lotte Department Store in Dongnae, it had a clean atmosphere that made for a pleasant meal.

Even though we visited at weekday lunch, quite a few older guests and other customers came in, so I quickly took photos after everyone had finished and left so as not to disturb their meals, haha. There is also a slightly private area in the restaurant, which looked nice for anyone wanting a quiet meal.

Ordering the premium sashimi set, yukhoe set, and assorted tempura

At Moshi Moshi Sushi, the popular Myeongnyun Station sushi spot in Dongnae's Lotte Department Store, you can conveniently order through the tablet at the table. From individual dishes to children's and set menus, there is a wide range of choices, which is a plus.

I looked up reviews before coming, and so many people said every dish was delicious and, “Is this quality for real at this price?”—which made choosing even harder, haha. Sushi and sashimi sets also come in a premium version for an extra ₩5,000 beyond the regular version, which is another feature!

After some deliberation, I ordered the premium sashimi set, the yukhoe set, and assorted tempura. I liked that everything came neatly together as a full table setting: salad, tempura, tofu, mini udon, and the main dishes.

After a short wait, the main dishes came out—and isn't the look and spread incredible? I could see why it is so popular, and why older guests come in alone even on weekdays.

Fresh sashimi and tuna

Everything was good, but the tuna just melted... It was such a delicious meal that it was hard to pick any one thing because it was all so fresh. My husband kept saying, “So good, so good.” He told me to try it, so I had a piece—and wow, it just melted away.

It is not only upjinsal beef that melts in your mouth.......... haha. The sashimi melted, too. I am almost someone who does not like seafood, but the sashimi here was so delicious!!! Fresh, with great texture.

Assorted tempura with generous portions

The assorted tempura was amazing, too. I was surprised because there was more than I expected. Once I realized the spread was this good and the portions were such good value, I thought I could have ordered a smaller tempura portion instead. Still, we enjoyed it all. Everything was tasty, but the fried shrimp was seriously so~ delicious.
