You can buy food inside the stadium, but once the game starts it's a hassle to walk around looking for it, so this time I decided to pack sandwiches to bring in before entering. That's how I ended up at Florisandwich Jamsil. Best of all, it's right on the route from Jamsil-saenae Station to the stadium.

Florisandwich is on the first floor of the Lecien commercial building connected to Exit 8 of Jamsil-saenae Station. Once you're inside the building, it's right next to the central escalator, so there was no need to hunt around for it. If you're looking for a place near Jamsil-saenae to pack sandwiches before heading to the stadium, this spot is great in terms of the route ♡ Our plan for the day was clear too: pack sandwiches and head to Jamsil Baseball Stadium! ⚾

I thought Florisandwich Jamsil was just a small takeout spot, but there were tables set up inside. The showcase had a variety of drinks and ready-to-pick items like salads too. It looked like a good place to grab a quick sandwich and coffee, so it seems like a solid option for a solo café meal near Jamsil-saenae Station too!!

Three sandwiches worth taking into Jamsil Baseball Stadium

Today's picks were three 🥪 ham cheese bagel / carrot rapé shrimp croissant / chicken breast ciabatta: the bread was different for each, so it was fun to split them and try a bit of everything ♡

At the stadium, food that's easy to hold and eat is always better than something with soup or a lot of sauce, and sandwiches are definitely convenient in that way. We took our packed order straight to Jamsil Baseball Stadium.

Once we found our seats and the game got going, I started getting hungry haha. That's when we pulled out the sandwiches we'd packed, one by one.

Ham cheese bagel and carrot rapé shrimp croissant

The ham cheese bagel had ham, cheese, and vegetables together~ and the carrot rapé shrimp croissant really stood out among the three in terms of composition. Between the layers of a flaky croissant were generous vegetables, plus carrot rapé and shrimp. It had a totally different texture from a regular sliced-bread sandwich ♡

Chicken breast ciabatta

The chicken breast ciabatta also had plenty of vegetables, making it satisfying as a full meal. Looking at all three together, the bread and fillings were all different, so it was great for a group to each pick one or share bites.

How did the sandwiches hold up at the ballpark?

Eating while watching the game made everything easier ♡ What I liked most about Florisandwich Jamsil was that it's such a convenient stop for packing food on the way from Jamsil-saenae Station to Jamsil Baseball Stadium. Next time I go to a game and want to bring something filling before heading in, I think I'll come back to this spot. 👍
