It was really hot that weekend afternoon 🌞 I was craving good ice cream so I visited the Scoopy Daechi flagship store nearby haha

What kind of ice cream shop is Scoopy?

Scoopi

Scoopy is a premium handmade ice cream shop that makes everything in-store, using carefully selected raw ingredients generously to capture the true flavor and aroma of the ingredients! They cut down on sugar to create a clean yet deep flavor — an ice cream you'd want to eat every day 👍

It's one of those Gangnam gelato dessert spots where one bite makes you understand why people keep coming back — the ice cream was really rich and delicious 🙌🙌

Which ice cream flavors does Scoopy make?

Scoopy's ice cream flavors include mascarpone cheese, nutty black sesame, dried persimmon (hongsi), fig cream cheese, and strawberry banana 🧀🍊🍓🍌

There's also triple berry, apple mango, Sicilian pistachio, and black rice glutinous rice ice cream haha

Mint choco (don't hate me haha), choco, and even Mexican vanilla — the lineup is fully stacked!

Prices range from ₩5,000 for a Single Scoopy, ₩7,500 for a Double Scoopy, ₩9,500 for a Triple Scoopy, ₩7,000 for a cold brew affogato, and ₩10,000 for a handmade waffle cone 😋

Teas available include British Earl Grey, peppermint, and Kyoto Uji matcha, plus Kenya AA cold brew coffee ☕️ For those who don't have time for a full meal, there's also an oat crunch cup made of granola, five-grain flakes, domestic grade-1 milk, and Scoopy's handmade ice cream (flavor of your choice) 😛😛

They're also running a receipt photo review event — the owner smiled so much the moment I walked in that I thought I knew them, but I didn't haha

Triple Scoopy tasting notes: apple mango, triple berry, choco

I figured they just had a naturally smiley face and took my ice cream! Sola's Triple Scoopy with 3 flavors, plus a tasting spoon 🥄 From the very first bite, each flavor had a really strong personality haha. I'm apple mango!!!!! I'm berry berry!!!!!! I'm choco 🩷

Below is the choco, the yellow ice cream is apple mango 🥭, the purple is triple berry, and the taste sample is fig cream cheese! I picked them out carefully and honestly they were all delicious, no misses haha

I prefer flavors and people that are bold rather than bland and vague, so this was Sola's pick, hands down haha. It wasn't a faint flavor that anyone could guess right away — it had the deep, true taste of the original ingredients, and my eyes lit up 👀✨️ If you're looking for gelato dessert near Seolleung Station, go to Scoopy!
