I was running errands near Seolleung Station when I started craving something sweet and cold, so I stopped by Scoopy, a handmade gelato shop.

I usually love thick, dense ice cream, and Scoopy had everything from common flavors to more distinctive ones, so just picking was already fun.

Two Single Scoopy cups: fig cream cheese and Sicilian pistachio

I ordered two Single Scoopy cups (₩5,000 each). I picked carefully, haha, and landed on fig cream cheese and Sicilian pistachio!

They also added a scoop each of triple berry and chocolate as free tastes.

I thought it would just be a tiny taste, but they were generous with it, so I ended up enjoying four flavors in one cup.

First, the fig cream cheese had the soft, savory taste of cream cheese blended nicely with the fig's subtle sweetness.

The Sicilian pistachio had a deep, rich pistachio flavor.

Rather than artificial aroma or sweetness, the heavy, real flavor of the nut came through, so if you like pistachio, you'll enjoy this.

Overall, Scoopy's gelato had a clear, distinct flavor of the actual ingredients, and the texture was soft yet dense — I loved that.
