Hekbap Kkachisan Branch is a place I visit often when looking for somewhere to eat alone near Kkachisan Station.
🍔 Located on the 2nd floor above Lotteria, Hekbap is just a 1-minute walk from 🚇 Kkachisan Station, so I often stop by for dinner on my way home from work.
🪑 The interior is quite spacious, with families and groups of students all eating together in different corners.
The tables are well spaced out, making it a good layout for small groups too.
There are baby chairs and plenty of kid-friendly menu items, so I'd also recommend this as a family dining spot near Kkachisan if you're bringing 👧🏻 a little one.
There are also 2-person tables and bar seats that are great for sitting alone, so eating solo here feels totally comfortable.
🛜 Wi-Fi is available, and every single seat has a 📱 phone stand, so it's an easy atmosphere for watching Netflix or something while eating alone.

How does the salmon rice bowl (15,900 won) taste?
Today I ordered a 🍣 salmon rice bowl (sake-don) after a while, along with a bunch of sides.
Salmon rice bowl isn't Hekbap's signature menu item, but since there's no particularly good salmon rice bowl restaurant nearby, this is the place I keep coming back to whenever I'm craving sake-don near 🚇 Kkachisan.
The salmon rice bowl comes with a generous pile of 🍣 raw salmon on top of the rice, along with radish sprouts, flying fish roe, onion, and even an egg yolk.
The 🐟 salmon is deeply soaked in a soy sauce that isn't too salty.
The salmon was sliced quite thick, so the texture was great, and the 🐟 salmon was fresh, which was satisfying.
Especially if you pop the egg yolk and mix it into the rice first, then take a bite together with the salmon — it's seriously delicious 👍🏻
The portion of salmon is generous and there's a lot of rice too, so 🍚 one bowl leaves you quite full.
🥚 The egg yolk is the real MVP. A big spoonful of yolk-mixed rice with a piece of salmon — impossible not to love it🤤
🍗 Three fried sides, eaten hungry
I was eating alone today but I was so hungry I ordered a bunch of side dishes on top.

- 🥔 Potato croquette, 3 pieces (₩3,500)
First, the 🐔 fried chicken comes out crispy on the outside, but the inside was a bit drier rather than soft — exactly the karaage style you'd eat as a 🍺 beer snack.
It had a slight 🍛 curry powder flavor coating it, which was delicious.
The mini okonomiyaki had cabbage and onion inside a chewy batter, giving it a nice bite.
A flavor that holds its own against any proper Japanese restaurant or izakaya🤤
And my favorite of all — the 🥔 potato croquette. 💶 3 pieces for ₩3,500 is a fantastic price.
It's not the firm type of potato croquette — the potato is mashed super soft, so much so that it nearly crumbled apart just by picking it up with 🥢 chopsticks.
Fluffy, powdery 🥔 potato. Eating it while still warm made me really happy🥰
