Ramen solo dining in Bucheon: Gyeoretsu Ramen Bucheon University Branch
Gyeoretsu Ramen Bucheon University Branch is a Japanese restaurant near Bucheon Station and Bucheon University with bar seating that suited my solo lunch. I tried mazesoba, karai tonkotsu ramen, and fried king gyoza; the flat, chewy noodles stood out, while the ramen was flavorful but a little too spicy for me.
