I went looking for a good jjukkumi (webfoot octopus) spot in Hanam and found Jigueseo On Jjukkumi Hanam Main Branch :) If you like jjukkumi, this is a place worth trying at least once, so I went and ate there myself to give you an honest review. I visited for lunch on September 5, 2026, and the two of us ordered the perilla jjukkumi set + seafood pancake + a can of Chilsung Cider.
Where is Jigueseo On Jjukkumi Hanam Main Branch, and is there parking?
Jigueseo On Jjukkumi Hanam Main Branch is located near Seohanam-ro in Hanam, so it was a fine drive to get there. What I liked most was that parking was available right in front of the restaurant! For anyone driving around looking for good food in Hanam, that kind of detail actually matters a lot.
The store sign catches your eye right from the entrance, so it wasn't hard to find even on a first visit. Parking is available right in the lot in front of the store!!
The interior is clean and tidy, so it also seems like a good place to bring your parents!!
Ordering for two: perilla-oil jjukkumi set and seafood pancake
Perilla oil, no less 🤤 That day we ordered the perilla jjukkumi set, the seafood pancake, and a can of Chilsung Cider.
I thought jjukkumi alone might feel a bit lacking, so we also ordered the seafood pancake — and it turned out to be a great call.
This is the basic table setting! A place that serves you pollock roe as a side — this is definitely a good spot!!
The seafood pancake came out first!
It looked delicious just from the golden-brown finish, and it went really well paired with the jjukkumi.
And now, today's main dish, the perilla jjukkumi set!

Even the basic side dishes were on another level! Good enough to be a main dish on their own... the subtle nutty aroma of perilla oil brought out the flavor of the jjukkumi really well.
How does the perilla-oil jjukkumi rice bowl taste?
The jjukkumi rice bowl finished off with perilla oil!!
One bite in, the nutty flavor of the perilla oil paired beautifully with the jjukkumi — a different kind of appeal from the usual spicy-seasoned jjukkumi. If you're looking for something a bit different from the usual jjukkumi in Hanam, the perilla jjukkumi set seems like a solid choice.
We kept switching between bites of the seafood pancake and sips of Chilsung Cider to cleanse the palate, and before we knew it, we were completely full haha.
Free coffee and vanilla ice cream: making your own affogato
Dessert after the meal too! It felt like a shame to just leave after eating, but the restaurant had coffee and vanilla ice cream ready for us.
Having a cup of coffee after the meal or finishing up with sweet vanilla ice cream was a really nice touch — I loved this little bit of service. I made myself an affogato with it!!
Hangang ramyeon and the review event: next time
One other thing that caught my eye was Hangang ramyeon! Apparently, if you take part in the review event, you can get to try it too. We thought about giving it a shot… but after finishing off the perilla jjukkumi set and the seafood pancake, we were way too full, so we ended up not eating the Hangang ramyeon haha. Next time I visit, I'm definitely going to try it!
The food was excellent, and the restaurant is spacious too, so definitely come check it out!! There's a good variety of menu items as well!!
Is Jigueseo On Jjukkumi worth it for jjukkumi in Hanam?
This visit to Jigueseo On Jjukkumi Hanam Main Branch let us enjoy both jjukkumi and seafood pancake together, which was great for sharing multiple dishes between two people.
