Haeundae pet store dog stroller fitting for a 7kg Maltipoo: Moruppo
In short
Moruppo Busan is a pet store in Haeundae, Busan, where shoppers can compare dog strollers in person. I compared sizes for my 7kg Maltipoo, Hodu, and chose the NotSoBig Aroa 3 after pushing it myself. Verdict: for a first dog stroller, trying it with your dog first is truly the best.

Why I went to see dog strollers for a 7kg dog in person
To be honest, I wasn't planning to buy a stroller from the start... But I've been going out with my dog a lot lately, so I tried buying a carrier bag—and there just wasn't one that would fit a 7kg dogㅠㅠ I bought one and it was a fail... haha. So I started leaning toward a stroller, but I had no idea where to buy one either... I asked people who have dogs, and they told me there was a dog-stroller shop called Moruppo Busan (모루뽀 부산)!

If I had tried to buy one online, I honestly wouldn't have known what was good. I probably would have searched through a ton of reviews and then ended up not buying anything. But since I could go see them and decide in person, I visited right away. The storefront had a generally neat feel too! It was my first visit, but it wasn't hard to find.
It's fairly close to Songjeong Station, but if you're going to try your dog in one and take a stroller home, I think driving would be better!

Comparing stroller sizes and heights in the store
As soon as I walked in, I was surprised by how many stroller types there were. They had all looked pretty similar online, but seeing them in person, everything was different—from size and design to height.

Our dog is 7kg, so I thought a very small stroller might feel cramped. But if it was too big, it would feel like a burden to push around. Being able to see and compare them in person was really great. There was lots to look at inside the store too, so I went to see strollers and ended up browsing all sorts of things haha.

There were so many stroller types that I was honestly a little torn at first, but once I looked at and pushed them one by one, it was easier to decide than I expected. Seeing them in real life is definitely different from only seeing photos lol.

I thought all dog strollers would be pretty much the same, but when I saw them in person, the shapes, sizes, and price ranges were all so varied!

Modular versus one-piece strollers: what I thought after seeing them
In particular, the strollers were divided into modular and one-piece styles. The modular ones do have the advantage that you can separate and use them depending on the situation, but personally, having a part that comes apart somehow made me feel a little uneasyㅠㅠ haha.

There were some lower strollers too! Would a dog be able to get in by itself? If I had only looked at reviews online and bought one, I think I would have bought without really knowing.
The staff were so sweet too..! Since this was my first time buying a stroller, I had lots of questions, and they explained everything one by one. Most of all, I could tell they genuinely loved dogs, which was nice ^~^ When you're going somewhere to buy dog supplies, having people there who like dogs is quietly important too.

Choosing the NotSoBig Aroa 3 and putting Hodu in it
What we ultimately chose was the NotSoBig Aroa 3! Once you pay, a staff member assembles it for you right there~ Actually, this was the product I had come to see from the beginning, and I liked it. It seemed like a good size for our dog, and it felt good when I pushed it myself, so this was the one 😊
It was nice that there were lots of payment methods too! Local currency is accepted in paper, card, and mobile forms, along with ZeroPay, Naver Pay, and simple payment options! If you use local currency like we do, buy it with a discount through Dongbaekjeon!

Hodu is all settled into the stroller 🐶 Isn't he so cute... Happy-dog Hodu is a 7kg Maltipoo. His back is on the long side. I think I would have felt uneasy if the stroller had been any smaller or lower..!

I was worried he might find the stroller unfamiliar, so I'm gently luring him in with treats and helping him recognize it as a comfortable, safe place! He's not completely used to it yet, but he's riding in it so much better than I expected!

I also liked that the top cover opens the other way, so your dog can face you! You can immediately check on your dog while pushing the stroller, and your dog can see their guardian too, so I think they may feel a little more secure! I totally recommend the NotSoBig Aroa 3!!!
