Haeundae restaurant with easy parking: pasta at Bueokgan
In short
Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is an Italian restaurant in Haeundae, Busan. After a weekday morning drive, I had napa cabbage Caesar salad, seafood tomato pasta in a ttukbaegi, and carbonara in its calm dining room with dedicated parking. A great stop for an unhurried, lightly seasoned meal on Dalmaji-gil.

It had been a while since I took a half-day off on a weekday morning, so I went for a drive around Haeundae's Dalmaji-gil for a change of scenery—and found a lovely spot.

It was Bueokgan Haeundae Branch, a popular pasta restaurant in Haeundae. Parking was easy, and it was a wonderful place for a neat meal while taking in the relaxed mood unique to Dalmaji.

After parking, we headed up to Bueokgan on the second floor.

Neatly set tables and a varied crowd

There were all kinds of guests: older diners out for a good meal, adorable babies in high chairs, visitors spending time in Dalmaji, and local residents.

In Busan's still-hot weather, we started with a refreshing glass of lemonade!
Napa cabbage Caesar salad and pasta

The napa cabbage Caesar salad was the first thing we tried. The cabbage's natural sweetness blended wonderfully with the sweet-tangy dressing, making it perfect for whetting the appetite before the meal. We cut it into easy bites with scissors and munched away—yum yum!

The seafood tomato ttukbaegi pasta, served in a Korean earthenware pot, had none of the oily richness that can sometimes become cloying. Instead, it was pleasantly spicy and refreshing in a way that suited Korean tastes, and it even felt soothing for the stomach.

There were also generous amounts of fresh mussels and shrimp.

It had that warmly spicy, delicious flavor that feels like it clears away the drinks from the night before ^^

The carbonara was not overly intense either, with the savory flavor of the cream lingering gently so that I could keep eating without tiring of it. Overall, I was impressed that the seasoning was not too strong and let the ingredients' own flavors shine.
Stylish and delicious!?
Among Haeundae's pasta restaurants, Bueokgan Haeundae Branch had both spacious, comfortable parking and the calm, elegant atmosphere distinctive to Dalmaji-gil. Thanks to food that was mild rather than overpowering, I think it is a space that can satisfy every age group—great for families with children, couples, or bringing your parents. We ate very well~!!!
