I wanted to give Gondu a little gift because she seemed like she could use a mood lift.

I was wondering what might be nice, and then it hit me: a bouquet (or basket)! I picked up a flower basket from Habio Flower by Su, a flower shop near Munjeong Station. Same-day reservations are possible, and they reflect the color palette you want or the flowers you are looking for.

I debated between a bouquet and a flower basket, but since I was after a simple gift, I thought a basket would be easier to keep and deal with than a bouquet, you know? So I chose a mini basket. They say that if you write down your preferred color palette when reserving, they will make it accordingly. I got a flower basket in mixed white and pink, with a gentle, subtle feel!

It had pink (and white) roses, carnations, a sunflower (?), white statice, and more, and it was so pretty. Though maybe it would have been even prettier as a bouquet?

This little gift was a total success!! Husbands, boyfriends, fellas: it is surprisingly easy to score points with flowers and even just a handwritten note. You have to bank points like this sometimes, so you can still hold your head up later when you forget something, right?

Habio Flower by Su, the flower shop near Munjeong Station, is about a five-minute walk from Exit 4 of Jangji Station or Exit 3 of Munjeong Station. It is on the first floor of Building 110 in the Park Habio complex, and it looks unmistakably like a flower shop.

Looking around inside, there were so many colorful, gorgeous flower-related items. Centerpieces, potted plants, mood lamps, cash gift boxes, and so on and on...

From what I saw, there is a very high chance you will end up paying extra if you just drop in casually haha. There are way more pretty things than you would expect!

There were quite a lot of potted plants too, and the mini ones were so cute I wanted to bite them, haha. There were also grand, large plants that looked like they belonged in some lovely café—plants I would love to put in my own home someday.

For gifts, bouquets like these and preserved-flower mood lamps also looked nice. They seemed like subtly simple but meaningful gifts for a partner or parents!!
