Soufflé pancake café near Seoulsup after the garden expo: Andamiro
In short
Andamiro Pancake Seongsu is a soufflé pancake dessert café on the 2nd floor on Seoulsup 4-gil, right next to Seoulsup in Seongdong, Seoul. On a weekend at the Seoulsup garden expo, the writer and a soufflé-loving daughter ordered the Andamiro soufflé, a kiwi sorbet and an Einspänner, and the Andamiro soufflé, baked to order, melted as softly as cotton candy. Andamiro Pancake Seongsu is a good wood-toned dessert café for a generous soufflé after a walk in Seoulsup.

A fluffy dessert café where everything melts in your mouth
A dessert stop after the Seoulsup garden expo
On the weekend I spent at the Seoulsup garden expo, the place I stopped by for dessert was Andamiro Pancake Seongsu (안다미로 팬케이크 성수), right next to Seoulsup. Last weekend the expo was on at Seoulsup, with performances, exhibitions and competitions all together.
It was crowded, but the park is so big that I found a corner and took it easy, napping on a bean bag and reading a book. I fully soaked up the power of space that only Seoulsup can give, and then went off for something sweet. Let me introduce a dessert place where the softness of the soufflé was just lovely.
Where is Andamiro Pancake Seongsu? Location, hours and parking
Andamiro Pancake Seongsu is on the 2nd floor at 26 Seoulsup 4-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 12:00–21:00, and Saturday and Sunday 12:00–20:00. It is closed on Mondays.
For parking, you'll need to use the Seoulsup public parking lot or take public transport. Parking may be difficult.

Inside Andamiro Pancake: wood-toned interior and window seats
The café is cozy and wood-toned, with window seats where you can rest while looking at the scenery outside. It feels snug like a soufflé, and the small props build that mood.
The openness of the window and the calm of looking outside were healing points that came from the space and the table layout. It feels free, and it has the sensibility of today.

I really liked how open it felt, being able to see the view outside. Maybe that's why the window seats always have people in them.
Andamiro Pancake menu and wait time for soufflé
The menu at Andamiro Pancake Seongsu has 3 soufflés, 2 croffles (croissant waffles) and coffee drinks. Here it is:
- Andamiro soufflé
- Crème brûlée soufflé
- Lemon soufflé
- Croffle
- Brown cheese croffle
- Americano
- Café latte
- Vanilla bean latte
- Einspänner (cream-topped coffee)
- Matcha Einspänner
They don't make the soufflé ahead of time. They whip the batter and bake it the moment an order comes in, which they say gives the ultimate softness. So a wait of 10 to 15 minutes after ordering is a must.
What we ordered was the Andamiro soufflé, a kiwi sorbet and an Einspänner.

Tips for visiting Andamiro and a Seoulsup walking route
At Andamiro Pancake Seongsu, the soft natural light coming through the window seats makes for photos full of mood. Once you've topped up on sugar here, you can stroll the Seoulsup trails right next door and enjoy the green of the season.
That makes a perfect Seoulsup food date course where you can fully enjoy a relaxed weekend.

How does the Andamiro soufflé taste?
The Andamiro soufflé was soft like cotton candy and melted like ice cream. A magic that vanishes in your mouth without a trace? That's the soufflé.
Honestly, soufflé isn't my favorite dessert. My daughter just loves it. But soufflé places are hard to find these days. As you'd expect from a spot found through frantic searching, all that was left in my mouth was softness. I actually only got a few bites, haha. I couldn't stand my daughter's glare.

What does 'Andamiro' mean?
The pure Korean word 'andamiro' (안다미로) means 'heaped so full it overflows the bowl.' There's an old saying that people live up to their names, and the owner's mindset seems to be packed into this name, doesn't it? Sure enough, both the fruit and the soufflé were generous.
Andamiro Pancake Seongsu sits right next to Seoulsup, so it was perfect for a Seoulsup walk followed by dessert. The cozy wood-toned interior has an Instagram-worthy mood that anyone who loves taking photos would fall for.
