She carefully checked my hair texture, head shape, and especially the extent of the damage at the back of my head, which had been my biggest concern! When I told her the length and vibe I usually go for, she suggested a style that suited my face shape perfectly. She planned to cleanly cut away the damaged sections while fine-tuning the layers and lines so the overall balance wouldn't be thrown off.
