Why I chose ash brown

Seriously, what is going on with my hair?! Even after coloring, it always fades yellow like bleached hair, and it drives me crazy 🥲 So after talking it over with designer Yeondu, we went with ash brown — a tone that covers gray and kills the yellow undertone, perfect for autumn.

My forehead is out here looking so calm haha. Just protecting it for the day. Under designer Yeondu's guidance, the all-over ash brown color is underway and I'm nervous-excited.

Ta-da — done! Honestly, when I came out with wet hair, I thought, is this too dark? But if you don't lose hope and just let it dry properly...

...the targeted ash brown color gradually comes through. As soon as the crown area dried, I watched closely to check if the gray was covered well — and it was done really thoroughly!

What's the biggest change women make when they're feeling down? Changing their hair, of course!! Getting it colored put me in a good mood.

The thumbnail photo has my eyes half-closed and looking kind of drowsy, but I loved the color so much I posted it anyway haha. Especially for my skin tone, yellow undertones don't suit me, but dark colors also make my face look darker — so I usually avoid both.
