Rucola arrabbiata pasta and margherita pizza date at Withwich, Namdong
In short
Withwich is a brunch and handmade sandwich restaurant on Seonsuchon Park-ro in Namdong, Incheon, that also serves pasta and wood-fired-style pizza. A couple visited without their kids and ordered the With Brunch Best Set for Two — rucola arrabbiata pasta, margherita cheese pizza, house salad, and two Americanos. The weather's been so nice lately that I found myself craving a good meal in a place with real atmosphere. So we went to Withwich, a spot in Namdong, Incheon that's word-of-mouth famous for brunch, handmade sandwiches, pasta, and even pizza. From the character-filled exterior to the warm sunlight pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows, it was exactly my kind of place before we'd even walked in.

Red brick exterior with the Blue Ribbon mark
The first thing that caught my eye when we arrived was the classic yet stylish red brick exterior. The 'With Wich Café' sign with its green accent gave off the feel of stepping into a little European brunch café. These days I think I'm drawn more to places that pull off the whole atmosphere and interior, not just the taste of the food.
On top of that, right at the entrance was a Blue Ribbon Survey selection sticker, which got my expectations up even before we sat down.

Window seats by the big glass wall, great for a couple's date
My favorite spot in the whole place was the huge floor-to-ceiling window that covered the wall! Sitting by the window in the warm sunlight, taking our time with the meal — it was the perfect setup. Even while we were eating, a steady stream of customers came in for takeout or delivery, so I could really feel how popular this place is as a lunch spot in Namdong.

By the entrance there was also a sign that said group orders were available — apparently they're already popular locally for things like carefully packed brunch boxes or handmade sandwiches for meetings. The interior was so clean and full of character that it would work just as well for a wedding invitation gathering, a date, or a get-together with friends.
Since it had been a while since my husband and I went out just the two of us without the kids, it genuinely felt like a date, the way it used to before we got married. The particular coziness and relaxed mood we felt there was something we'd never get at a regular restaurant, and I loved it.

We ordered the With Brunch Best Set for Two
We'd heard that Withwich is also well known in Namdong for its pizza and pasta, so we picked a menu that let us enjoy both together. There were so many options that we had trouble deciding, so in the end we figured going with the best-selling set menu was the safest bet.

Order With Brunch Best Set for Two Rucola Arrabbiata Pasta Margherita Cheese Pizza Gin Americano (1 iced / 1 hot)

The golden-baked pizza, the spicy-sweet aroma of the pasta, plus a fresh salad and two fragrant cups of coffee — the table looked so full and satisfying right from the start. The pizza had the thin, light, wood-fired-oven style crust that my husband and I both love, so my appetite kicked in the moment I saw it.

Rucola arrabbiata pasta
The rucola arrabbiata pasta had a rich, spicy sauce and springy noodles that stayed enjoyable down to the last bite. The sauce clung deeply to the noodles instead of sitting on top, and the fresh arugula and other ingredients were used generously, giving it real depth of flavor.

House salad
Lately, now that I'm getting older, I've found salad to be surprisingly delicious. The house salad had colorful green vegetables topped with red cherry tomatoes, yellow corn kernels, and a generous mound of soft ricotta cheese — it looked great before I even took a bite. The crunch of the fresh vegetables, the nuttiness of the cheese, and the pop of the corn came together beautifully with the dressing. It came in a really generous portion too, and since we both love salad, we paired it with the pizza and pasta and emptied the plate in no time.

Margherita cheese pizza
The margherita pizza was crispy all the way to the edge of the crust, and the cheese stretched in that satisfying, savory way — it was also great paired with a bit of the pasta sauce on top. Eating it fresh and hot straight out of the oven, that deep savory flavor filled my mouth, and it was the kind of taste I kept thinking about even after we got home. It really confirmed that ordering the best-seller-marked pizza and pasta at this Namdong brunch café was the right call.
Even though we were both really hungry when we arrived, the overall portions were generous enough that we both left full and happy. The value for what we got was genuinely excellent.

Wrap-up
If you're looking for a Namdong, Incheon restaurant where you can have anything from a light brunch to a hearty, satisfying lunch all in one place, I'd recommend Withwich. The pretty interior and warm atmosphere were great, and the taste and price were both spot on too. We're planning to go back soon to try other items on the menu.
