Gyeongyangsik Dal and Sixpence Main Branch is at 7-2 1F Jungang-daero 226beon-gil, Dong-gu, Busan, South Korea. It's open Mon–Sat 10:40–20:00 (last order 19:40) and closed on Sundays. There's no dedicated parking lot, but you can use the nearby Baekyang or Cheonwoo paid parking lots, and they apparently cover part of the parking fee if you're dining with 2 or more people.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Busan Station, so the accessibility is really great if you're traveling or just passing by Busan Station • • 👍🏻

At lunchtime, Dal and Sixpence Main Branch gets a wait from tourists and nearby office workers, so I'd recommend heading over a bit early! I arrived right before lunch hour and got seated immediately, but about 10 minutes later a massive line had formed outside, , !

There's a reason it's famous haha. It even won an excellence award in the pork cutlet category for Dong-gu, Busan, in the 2025 Korea Consumer Industry Evaluation, and its hygiene grade is rated good, so you can eat here with even more peace of mind! ✨

True to a proper gyeongyangsik pork cutlet restaurant, warm soup comes out first when you order. A sprinkle of pepper and one spoonful in, and it's straight back to childhood memories haha. You know how it feels off without the soup first, right, , (?) 🙌🏻

Cheese king cutlet vs spicy cheese cutlet: how they taste

The cheese king cutlet at Dal and Sixpence Main Branch has a thick cutlet packed with so much cheese that it comes pouring out the second you cut into it — the visual alone is insane, , !! The outside is fried crispy while the meat inside stays moist, almost like the juices are still alive?!! And it comes drizzled with a sweet-and-tangy sauce, so there's never a greasy moment — my hand kept reaching for more! 🤤

The spicy cutlet is basically the same but with a different sauce, ?! Rather than aggressively spicy, it was more of a sweet-spicy savory flavor! The nuttiness of the cheese softened the spiciness just enough that I kept eating it together with rice haha 👏🏻
