Brunch and wine in fall Seochon, at Wine Stein Seochon
Isn't the weather so much cooler these days?? Just a little while ago it was reeeeally hot, but now it's so nice out~~ I took advantage of this weather and went to Seochon.
What do you have to do on a fall day like this? Eat brunch! Good brunch, at that! And on top of that, a pretty view is required. And you have to drink wine too! So I went. A great-view, great-brunch, great-Seochon spot — Wine Stein Seochon. By day it's a café + wine bar, by night it's a good-vibes bar 🥂 which makes it even better~
Wine Stein Seochon is a Seochon bar and a Seochon restaurant all in one! A brunch spot near Gwanghwamun and Gyeongbokgung! I liked that they don't skimp on ingredients for the brunch, and there are so many kinds of wine — but most of all, the food was genuinely delicious. The coffee was really good too.
Wine Stein Seochon coffee — even my coffee-averse friend kept sipping it
The one thing you have to drink at Wine Stein Seochon is the coffee. My friend who came with me isn't really a coffee person, but she kept saying it was delicious and kept sipping it hahahaha. That's how good the coffee was! If you go to Wine Stein Seochon, definitely order coffee — it's seriously good.
3rd-floor floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious seating, group and venue rental available
The interior at Wine Stein Seochon was so nice too. The inside is cute and cozy, but all the windows are floor-to-ceiling, so it's a perfect view spot! The interior is spacious, the tables are big, and the seats are well spaced apart, so it seems perfect for meeting up with friends over wine, or for a brunch date! Highly recommend. Might also be a great spot for a proposal, come to think of it!?
Honestly, an outing to Seochon in this season lets you feel autumn fully, and since the buildings are all low here, the views are great — this kind of atmosphere in fall is just so nice ㅠ Definitely go feel that autumn mood at Wine Stein Seochon~
Wine Stein Seochon, a Seochon café and wine bar! You can drink wine even during the day. Café service only until 5 PM! Good-vibes café, good-vibes bar, whatever you call it, it's all good at Wine Stein Seochon ☕️🥂 Oh, and apparently a lot of Gwanghwamun office workers hold their company dinners here too — if you're looking for a bar to rent out for an event near Gyeongbokgung, Wine Stein Seochon seems like a great choice haha. The place is seriously spacious haha.

We picked Set A and Set B.
We ate this brunch so happily — this taste at this price? I thought it was insane. The salad was fresh, with marinated tomatoes, and then the croissant sandwich on top of that!
The sandwich was delicious too, and this really is a top Seochon brunch spot — a top Gwanghwamun spot, a top Gyeongbokgung spot, a top Seochon spot. And the coffee was perfect on top of it all. Why isn't everyone going to Wine Stein Seochon?
Mushroom soup and cream pasta
The soup that came with the set was a rich, thick mushroom soup, and the pasta was a rich cream pasta too! Wine Stein Seochon is officially a certified brunch spot.
Look at that thick, luscious cream. The pasta used several kinds of noodles too, so the texture was great haha. The brunch at Wine Stein Seochon is really, really good. Go here whenever you want a leisurely brunch.
A wine bar by night — the wine list is a story for next time
By night, Wine Stein Seochon turns into a wine bar with great atmosphere, so it seems like a good spot for event gatherings, company dinners, or a bar rental to drink wine with friends or coworkers! A good-vibes bar — Wine Stein Seochon.
I peeked at the wine list and there were so many good wines on it!! Being fall, I wanted to drink wine too, but... I had another appointment after, so I couldn't.... ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Such a shame 🫠
