Are there good seats for dining alone?

The restaurant was spacious and pleasant. There were single-person seats for solo guests, and I enjoyed a relaxed meal at a seat facing the window. I saw several other people dining alone, so it felt comfortable to sit by myself.

What comes with spicy butadon when you add extra meat?

I ordered the 36-hour-aged spicy butadon (Japanese pork rice bowl) with extra meat and paid ₩13,500 in total. It came generously topped with pork, egg, onion, chili peppers, and more over rice.

I first tried the pork on its own, then with wasabi, and finally together with the rice and other ingredients. It had no unpleasant porky smell for me, and it was tender with a nice chew. The egg, scallions, garlic, and onion also went well with the meat.

How spicy was it?

The spicy butadon was not overly hot for my taste. It had a savory heat that lingered as I ate, and having baekkimchi (mild white kimchi) with the pork freshened up the spice.

How do the refills and self-serve bar work?

Rice and soup came with unlimited refills, and I could also help myself to salad and baekkimchi at the self-serve bar. There were several salad dressings to choose from according to my taste. It was convenient not having to ask each time I wanted a refill.

After finishing my meal, I placed my dishes away myself. The atmosphere was neat, right down to the water glasses and small decor items, and the drinks included Sprite, Coca-Cola, Trevi, and Coca-Cola Zero.
