Songdo outlet café worth a revisit: signature Wunder Coffee, Wunder
In short
Wunder Coffee Bar is a coffee and dessert café on the B1 floor of Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo in Yeonsu, Incheon. A few days after a first visit, the writer returned to Wunder Coffee Bar for the signature Wunder Coffee, a matcha einspänner, hojicha ice cream and a Wunder Gato, then relaxed in the outlet's central lounge. The drinks and ice cream at Wunder Coffee Bar tasted just as good the second time, making it an easy recommendation for a coffee break while shopping in Songdo.

A Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet café recommendation that was just as satisfying the second time: Wunder Coffee Bar ☕🤍

I kept thinking about the Wunder Coffee Bar at Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet I visited a few days ago, so I went back. I believe a place is only truly good if it's just as satisfying the second time, and once again it did not let me down. If you want to shop in Songdo and also enjoy great coffee and dessert, I really recommend it, so today I'm writing up my revisit.
Where is Wunder Coffee Bar in Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo?
Wunder Coffee Bar is on the B1 floor of Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo. It's an easy place to drop into while shopping, and I saw lots of people walking around with a coffee in hand.

Is there enough seating at Wunder Coffee Bar?
Yes. Besides the seats in front of the café, you can use the tables in the outlet's central lounge, so there's plenty of room. What I liked most is that the seating isn't limited to the spot in front of the café: the central lounge and its tables are really wide and plentiful.
Inside, there's a cozy lounge with plants and lighting, and tables and chairs everywhere, so even when it was busy I could sit comfortably with my coffee. It's great for a short break from shopping, and the mood is perfect for chatting with friends, family or a partner.

A clean yet upscale café interior
The shop blends white and wood tones, giving it a clean but refined feel. Seeing the big espresso machine and the neatly displayed menu, I felt this is a place that's serious about coffee.
The staff were kind and careful from taking the order to making the drinks, so even the wait felt pleasant. Browsing the menu was fun too. Wunder has lots of signature drinks, and I thought I'd like to try the others one by one next time.

What does the signature Wunder Coffee taste like?
Wunder Coffee, layered cream, milk and strong espresso, is the café's signature drink, and I ordered it first again this time. The layers alone looked so pretty.
Before drinking, the layers are clearly separated, and with the first sip the softness of the cream and the deep flavor of the espresso blend together naturally. It isn't just sweet; the strong coffee aroma stays, so coffee lovers should be happy with it. It's smooth and sweet but finishes clean, a taste I keep thinking about.
The matcha einspänner is a must too

On this revisit I also ordered the matcha einspänner (a coffee-style drink topped with thick cream). The matcha's subtle aroma felt refined without being strong, and the cream on top was really soft and went so well with the matcha.
The mix of bitter matcha and sweet cream was great, and I could finish the whole cup without it feeling heavy. If you usually like matcha, you'll likely be very happy with this.
Don't skip the hojicha ice cream

The hojicha (roasted green tea) ice cream is the item you can't skip at Wunder Coffee Bar. I assumed it wouldn't be much different from ordinary soft serve, but with the first bite a nutty hojicha aroma filled my mouth, and it tasted really different.
It's not just sweet; the nutty, subtle tea flavor makes it something adults will really like. The smooth texture was great too, and eaten with coffee it was the best combination.
Wunder Gato is another reason to come back
Wunder Gato is strong coffee topped with soft ice cream. I enjoyed it last time, so I ordered it again. As time passes the ice cream slowly melts and mixes into the coffee, making the flavor richer.
If you like affogato, you'll be very happy with this. I also liked that you can choose hojicha, vanilla or a mix, so you can enjoy it your own way.
The most relaxed time at Hyundai Premium Outlet
I took my coffee from Wunder Coffee Bar to the outlet's central lounge, which is decorated with pretty flowers and green plants, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I naturally took lots of photos, and the coffee seemed to taste even better.
It was a great space to rest tired legs after shopping and to chat in a relaxed way.

Is Wunder Coffee Bar still satisfying the second time?
Wunder Coffee Bar gave me the same satisfaction on my second visit as on the first. Good coffee often turns out to be a one-time thing, but the drink quality was consistent and the ice cream was just as delicious.
You can shop, rest, and enjoy good coffee all in one place, so whenever I come to Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet, this will probably be my first stop. If you're looking for a café with a nice mood in Songdo, or a café for a proper break at Hyundai Premium Outlet, I confidently recommend Wunder Coffee Bar.
Next time I definitely want to try the ube einspänner and the mocha einspänner. It was a satisfying revisit once again. ☕🤍
