Galbijeong (현풍 갈비정) is a galbi restaurant in Technopolis, Yuga-eup, Dalseong-gun, Daegu, where staff grill the meat for you. The writer left her child with her mother and came at 5pm with her husband for 4 servings of Galbijeong galbi, Galbijeong naengmyeon (cold noodles) and doenjang stew, and loved the gejang (marinated crab), yukjeon (beef pancake) and jaeraegi (fresh-tossed greens) side dishes plus the garlic-heavy dipping sauce. Galbijeong is where she goes whenever she craves galbi, and the grilling service and playroom make it a good choice for family meals too.
