Don't get lost in the Jangmi Sangga basement: use Building B Entrance 8
This Jamsil Station burger spot is in Building B of Jangmi Sangga. The basement is packed with old, famous restaurants, and neighborhood locals come to buy side dishes too. It's a hidden pocket of real local favorites.
People who know it find it easily, but on your first visit the Jangmi Sangga basement can feel like a maze you can't escape. Start from Exit 8 of Building B and head down, and you'll find it right away.

Daily Fix atmosphere: good for an evening beer?
Even among the places inside Jangmi Sangga, Daily Fix has a different mood, so it's great for an evening drink with a burger and beer! I guess that's why it stays open into the evening~
Burger plus beer is a perfect combo for dinner. At lunch there's a wait because of office workers nearby, so I recommend going early.

Inside, the 2-person and 4-person tables are well laid out, but I found the bar table so atmospheric! It's the kind of place where you instantly call dibs on the bar table for a beer in the evening.

How to order at Daily Fix and what to get
You order by QR code at your seat, so you can browse photos and the menu comfortably. I ate in, but that day I saw takeout and delivery orders coming in every 5 minutes, which tells you how popular it is.

The menu, said to be made by chefs from New York Michelin kitchens, is led by burgers. The onion rings are famous too, so you have to get a plate. The burgers are what you'd expect, but the unusual pastrami sandwich is one I'd never tried, and I recommend it on a first visit.
So I put together a hearty spread of Daily Fix's signature items. Everything I ate was delicious, and this is where I'd come again for a Jamsil handmade burger!
Cheeseburger, ₩8,900: an incredibly juicy patty
The Daily Fix cheeseburger is ₩8,900. A truly classic cheeseburger is hard to do well or make memorable, but this one has standout flavor from the first bite! The bun slices softly with a nutty aroma, and the patty inside is crazy good.

Juice dripping... the patty is so good that you can feel the other burgers would be tasty without even trying them. This Jamsil burger spot is a real find, and honestly I think even the bun alone would taste great!

Pastrami sandwich, ₩15,900: piled high with smoked brisket
The Daily Fix pastrami sandwich is ₩15,900, made with brisket smoked for 72 hours, they say. It's delicious even as just meat, and feels like being treated to something special. It's pressed full of smoked brisket, and finishing just this one makes you full.

It felt like it never got smaller, thanks to all that brisket, haha. The ciabatta is soft and chewy too, so good that they could sell the bread on its own!

With so much meat you'd expect it to feel greasy, but the fresh salad and sauce inside kept it filling and tasty to the very end without any heaviness.

Coleslaw ₩5,900 and corn salad ₩4,900
The coleslaw and corn salad are refreshing sides at Daily Fix. The coleslaw is naturally fresh and crunchy, perfect with burgers, and I already love corn salad, so even when I was full I kept scooping it up happily.

Onion rings, ₩7,400: the one side to order
If you order just one side at Daily Fix, I'd definitely recommend the ₩7,400 onion rings! They're addictive, the kind you eat even when full, and so crunchy you can tell everyone would order them as a beer snack.

The dipping sauce tastes and smells like hot sauce with pepper, but I liked the nutty sweetness of the onion rings themselves so much that I skipped the sauce and kept eating them plain.
Coke Zero with free refills
Of course I got Coke Zero ^^ You can't have a burger without cola. I was going to order two, but they said even one can be refilled, so what a bargain.

If you're looking for a tasty burger place near Jamsil Station, I recommend Daily Fix, run by New York Michelin chefs. I'm planning to go back for another handmade burger.
