300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch near Eulwangri Beach

300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch, a great restaurant near Eulwangri Beach, had large parking lots both in front of and behind the building, which made parking so easy—I loved that! It is also close to INSPIRE, so it would be a nice place for a meal near INSPIRE too.

Even though we visited in the early evening on a weekday, guests kept coming in and reservation calls kept ringing, so it already seemed famous as a local favorite. If there is a wait, just add your name to the list.

Indoor pet-friendly area and spacious seating
300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch is a pet-friendly restaurant! I was so happy that pets are allowed indoors. The area is separated from other guests too, so it looked comfortable. We thought that if we come to Eulwangri Beach with our dog, Sogeum, we have to come here.

The regular guest seating was also very spacious, with plenty of tables. The restaurant was kept nice and clean too.

Couple Set for two and restaurant events
The signature dish here is seafood braised pork back ribs! Almost all the guests seemed to be having it. After some deliberation, we ordered the Couple Set for two.

If you take part in the receipt-review event, you can choose either udon noodles or a drink. They were also running a fun event where you can get up to ₩70,000 off if you stop the timer at exactly 5 seconds.

From mild acorn jelly to neatly arranged side dishes, everything came out nicely. Personally, I really liked the stir-fried seaweed stems.

The self-service bar was kept clean too, so it was easy to grab more side dishes when we needed them.

The Couple Set for two is a satisfying spread of stir-fried cuttlefish, half-and-half pajeon (Korean scallion pancake), and seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup). Rice is not included, but since we had the stir-fried cuttlefish, we ordered some extra.

How was the smoky stir-fried cuttlefish?
The stir-fried cuttlefish, our main dish, had a smoky wok aroma from the moment it arrived that got our mouths watering. You can choose the spice level too, so it seemed like everyone—from spice beginners to serious heat lovers—could enjoy it.
It came generously loaded not only with cuttlefish but also with vegetables such as cabbage and onion, plus mushrooms, so it was fun picking out different bites.

The cuttlefish was incredibly tender, and my husband exclaimed that it was the best squid of his life. The sauce was smoky and spicy too, and mixing it into rice was absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend ordering a bowl of rice and mixing it in...!!!

Seafood kalguksu and cheesy half-and-half pajeon
The kalguksu, generously filled with clams and shrimp, paired beautifully with the spicy stir-fried cuttlefish.
Once it starts boiling, remove the clam and mussel shells so it is easier to eat. Then add the kalguksu noodles and boil for 5 minutes—that is it! Since we were eating the other dishes, 5 minutes passed in no time.
The broth was clean and light, so it went well with the other dishes. It was refreshingly savory with lots of shrimp and clams. The noodles were chewy too, so I would recommend it for kalguksu near Eulwangri as well.
Last came the half-and-half pajeon! Only one side was topped very generously with cheese.

We ate the cheesy side first before the cheese could harden. Can you see it stretching and spilling over...?! It had more cheese than any cheese pancake I have ever had. My husband said it was the kind of flavor that makes you crave makgeolli (Korean rice wine), but we had to drive, so sadly we held back.
The pajeon was fried crisp, which gave it a lovely texture. Dipped in the soy sauce served alongside, it was so good that I kept reaching for it even when I was full.
