Bucheon pizza bar with lasagna-style pizza: People & Peoples
In short
People & Peoples is a pizza and beer bar on the first floor of Gukcheon Building in Sang-dong, Bucheon. We ordered pizza, fresh pasta, beer, and cola for two; the thick, lasagna-like pizza was memorable, and the outdoor area was not too noisy during our visit.

The two of us had pizza and pasta at People & Peoples (피플앤피플즈) in Sang-dong, Bucheon. I usually prefer chicken to pizza, but this time the Edge Flower Pizza, with its thick filling like lasagna, stayed with me.

Where is it, and what about parking?
The restaurant is on the first floor of Gukcheon Building in Sang-dong, Bucheon. The original post listed its hours as 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM daily, and parking at Gukcheon Building was ₩1,000 for 60 minutes.
Are the outdoor tables good for pizza and beer?
Even on a weekday afternoon, several people were drinking outdoors. The weather was cool, and it was not too noisy when I visited, so it was nice for enjoying the outdoor drinking atmosphere.
I found the restaurant easily by its sign. It had a pub-like atmosphere suited to wine or beer, with plenty of outdoor tables as well.
Is the indoor space good for conversation or gatherings?
Inside, there were various table sizes from four to eight seats. The tables were well spaced for conversation, and the neon-sign lighting made me think it would also suit a date or anniversary.
It was also convenient that each table had a blanket, fast wireless charger, and wet wipes. Wi-Fi was available, and bottled wine was sold. The owner said sports games such as baseball or soccer are shown on a beam projector.
At the time of my visit, I was also told about an event that gave wine and wine glasses as gifts for wedding reception use.
What did we order, and how much was it?
The menu included lasagna, sets, and pizza, as well as pasta, chicken, and salads. There were also dry snacks that would work for a light second stop, and orders were placed at a kiosk.
- Edge Flower Pizza ₩28,000
- Cream Fresh Pasta ₩19,000
- Hanmac Cream Draft Beer ₩6,000
- Coca-Cola ₩2,000
- Order total ₩55,000
At the time of my visit, there was also a notice that soju was offered through a review event.
What did the cream fresh pasta taste like?
After ordering, macaroni snacks, pickles, and house-made salsa criolla sauce came out first. The owner explained that all the food was made in-house.
The pasta arrived first. The cream sauce was thick, and the fresh noodles were chewy. It included finely chopped mushrooms, onions, garlic, ham, and carrots, which added texture. To me, it was a cream pasta without an overly artificial taste.
The salsa criolla was served as a sauce for the pizza, but I tried it over the pasta too. Its spiciness cut through the richness of the cream and worked well.
How was the Edge Flower Pizza different from regular pizza?
The Edge Flower Pizza felt much larger than I expected. The owner served it personally, and we used a knife to cut off and scoop up the portions we wanted.
It felt closer to lasagna than the pizza I usually eat. The filling was thick inside, while the edge had thin layers of pastry. I usually leave the crust, but this time I ate the edges too.
The pizza itself had a spicy bulgogi aroma. Adding the salsa criolla made the finish spicier, and it went well with the thick filling.
How were the drinks and portion size for two?
The Hanmac Cream Draft Beer felt like a large glass and was smooth, pairing well with the pizza and pasta. The cola came in a can with an ice-filled handled cup.
After the two of us ate the pizza and pasta, we were very full, so we packed up the leftover pizza. At home, I reheated it in an air fryer for about three minutes. For me, the price was satisfying considering the taste and portion, and the owner and staff were kind, so we ate comfortably.
After the meal, we walked around the area for quite a while. It suited a day when I wanted to talk over thick pizza and beer.
