Bas Burger Set lunch with unlimited chips near Nonhyeon Station

I go for a dental checkup once a year, and the dentist I visit is near Nonhyeon Station. Since it was the weekend, there were a lot of people waiting, and by the time treatment was over, lunchtime had long passed and I was starving 🫠 I'm not great at holding out when I'm hungry, so I looked around for something simple nearby and found Bas Burger. Let me introduce this handmade burger place I enjoyed so much!

Location and parking near Nonhyeon Station

📍 Bas Burger is located near Exit 8 of Nonhyeon Station, down a back alley. 🅿️ Since it's tucked into an alley, there's no parking space, and there's no public parking lot nearby either. Definitely a place to recommend if you're on foot.

You order your menu at the kiosk and pick it up! Seems like some people forget to grab their buzzer after ordering haha. There's a sign telling you to be sure to take it — please remember to grab yours~~

Besides the kiosk, you can also order inside!!

What did I get recommended?

I ordered inside to get a recommendation, and I was told that if I like unusual flavors, the wasabi mayo shrimp burger is tasty, and if I like something classic, the signature Bas Burger is the way to go. Still, I wanted to try the signature menu, so I went with the Bas Burger — the Bas Burger Set... ₩12,100.

The origin of each ingredient is listed, and there's also information provided for anyone with food allergies! And there's the owner's principle that Bas Burger never reuses leftover food!! I could eat with peace of mind 😀

Unlimited potato chips and 5 free sauces

There's also a perk unique to Bas Burger — 1. James's Signature Potato Chips. These are handmade potato chips, fried fresh in-store every morning and cooled until crispy, provided unlimited. I tried them and they weren't soggy at all, pure crunch. Honestly they're just like a bag of chips haha. Unlimited refills — this alone makes me want to go back 😆

2. Five free sauces provided. Including the Bas Burger house sauce, you can freely enjoy a variety of sauces when ordering a set or fried menu item. A charming place where you can enjoy different flavors without any extra charge!

Interior seating good for solo dining

In the hall where you order, there's a small area that seats about 4 people, which seems like it's only used when the place is full — the space next to it looked bigger and more likely to be used! Solo diners can visit without any worries.

There's another interior space off to the side~~ It's bigger than the main hall, so most people probably eat here! It's a great spot for 2 or 4 people to grab something simple together at lunchtime! And I noticed a lot of people getting takeout from Bas Burger too ✨

How was the Bas Burger Set?

The Bas Burger, their most popular classic burger, comes with a beef patty, real cheddar cheese, house sauce, butterhead lettuce, onion, and tomato — clean and savory in flavor! The vegetables in particular are so fresh that the aftertaste is really clean too 👍

I don't know how many times I said 'delicious' to myself while eating haha. I used to have a certain image of handmade burgers, but as of today, I officially love handmade burgers 😋 I heard they're super popular with office workers around Nonhyeon Station on weekday lunches, and now I understand exactly why!!

The potatoes, fresh and warm right out of the fryer, dipped in the house ketchup — gone in seconds!! I come by Nonhyeon Station regularly, but I can't believe I only just found this handmade burger gem. I recommend Bas Burger for a simple lunch near Nonhyeon Station!
