Gangnam restaurant for salmon steak pasta: Brivit Gangnam Station

I visited Brivit Gangnam Station (브리비트 강남역) while looking for a nice spot in Gangnam 🍝 It was just right for when you want to enjoy delicious food on a date! From pasta to a variety of other dishes, it also looked like a good-value lunch option.

Located between Gangnam Station and Sinnonhyeon Station, Brivit Gangnam Station stood out with its pink sign and emerald-green exterior☺️ The lush greenery decorating the entrance especially gave it an exotic yet warm feel~ There was also a poster of popular dishes out front, so I was already excited to decide what to eat before going in!

I visited after 6 p.m. on a Thursday, and there were still lots of guests! Luckily, there was a table, so I could go right in 😄

An interior suited to blind dates and pre-wedding gatherings

Inside, the wood tones and greenery created a warm atmosphere with a touch of European charm🌿 There were lots of seating options, from window seats to bar tables and regular tables, and the window seats overlooking the plants were especially pretty~ With its cozy, stylish interior, it felt well suited to dates, blind dates, or a pleasant lunch!

There was terrace seating farther inside too, so it would be nice for enjoying an outdoor feel on a beautiful day❤️ I even saw a few people there for blind dates and pre-wedding gatherings that day! I recommend it for either occasion~

A varied menu of pasta, pizza, and more

Brivit has a wide selection, including pasta and pizza, so it was easy to choose according to your taste~ Each dish also looked lovely, making it perfect to enjoy on a date~ Keep in mind that you can receive one free ade by verifying a Naver receipt and Google Maps review~!

This time, I ordered salmon steak pasta, crispy-outside-moist-inside spicy fried eggplant, spicy jambon risotto, and lemon ade! With all three dishes on the table, the colors were pretty and the spread was so generous that it filled the table. 😋

A big salmon steak on top made this dish look appetizing from the start. The softly grilled salmon and pasta went together beautifully, with a nutty yet clean flavor~ The sauce soaked nicely into the noodles, so eating them with the salmon brought out even more flavor. If you like salmon, this is definitely a dish worth ordering at least once!

Crispy-outside-moist-inside spicy fried eggplant

Crispy on the outside and moist inside! The coating was crunchy while the eggplant stayed juicy, making for a great textural combination that had me reaching for more. 😋 It also paired nicely with the pasta! I recommend it~

Spicy jambon risotto

This spicy jambon risotto combines smooth, thick risotto with savory jambon ham~ It had a gentle heat, so it was not at all heavy, and it went well with the salty, savory flavor of the jambon! The creamy, spicy flavor kept me coming back for more👍🏻 It was also great to order alongside pasta and share~

Lemon ade received for a verified review

After verifying my Google Maps review, I received one ade for free, and I chose lemon ade~ Its fresh lemon aroma made it great for cleansing the palate throughout the meal. The sweet-tart, refreshing drink went even better with the spicy risotto and fried eggplant~ It was a bright drink that paired well with the food!

If you are looking for a nice spot in Gangnam, Brivit Gangnam Station is well worth a visit! From salmon steak pasta to spicy jambon risotto and spicy fried eggplant, there is enough variety to order several dishes and share. 🍝🍆 I especially liked the crisp-yet-moist fried eggplant and gently spicy risotto, and the refreshing lemon ade was a perfect match with the food.🍋 The cozy atmosphere makes it a place I would recommend for a Gangnam date, a good-value lunch, or dinner!
