Side dishes and Bushman bread
The basic side dishes are salad, pickled radish, and baek kimchi (mild white kimchi). It was nice to pick at the salad while waiting for the food.

And Paldo Ppyeogui comes with Bushman bread, also known as Outback bread!!

It is delicious spread with cream before the food arrives, and later it is delicious made into a hamburger with meat pulled from the bones 💗

Ahh, the glass was properly chilled, so I could really enjoy that refreshing draft beer! When I visited, they were also running a buy-one-get-one draft beer promotion‼️ Such a score.

Another basic side dish appeared: steamed egg, perfect for soothing your stomach.

Carbonara and spicy bone grill together
First came the carbonara on a wide plate, topped with bacon and mushrooms. The portion was generous, and its rich, salty aroma really got my appetite going. I also loved that they gave us lots of sauce.

At last, the main bone grill appeared‼️ Huge bones arrived piled high on a hot stone plate.

Scallions scattered over the bones 🫶 How many bones are even in there?

I picked one up and started taking the meat apart.

Even with gentle chopstick work, the meat came right off the bone. Plastic gloves are set out at every table, so we put them on and properly dug in. The meat was so tender, and the seasoning was so delicious 🥹

We made burgers with the bread we had saved, coleslaw, cream cheese, and meat.

Then we boldly, brazenly wrapped pasta around the meat 🫡 So, so good.

Adding self-fried rice
After scraping up every bit of pasta and meat, we added the self-fried rice. We were so full because there was a lot of food, but you cannot leave out fried rice with this delicious sauce, right?

Stir it up really well.

One bite, and it is magic—you become Giyeong after eating a banana 🥹
Final thoughts
A great bone grill and braised bone restaurant for company dinners or get-togethers in Suyeong, Busan! The spicy bone grill and cream pasta combination is absolutely to die for〰️🫶
