I went out for a late-night meal with my partner over the weekend. I was craving a cold beer or a highball for once, so I searched for a place near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office that stays open late, and I found a spot with amazing reviews! It's a place where you can enjoy bossam (boiled pork wraps), minari pancake, and whelk stew all as set menus, and it's also a great spot for coworkers near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office to grab dinner together. Let me introduce Buchigom, a Yeongdeungpo bar great for work dinners, to all of you neighbors through this post!

Where is Buchigom Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Branch, and where do you park?

Buchigom, the Yeongdeungpo bar and work-dinner spot, is located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office food alley. We were nearby already so we headed straight there — it's close to both Dangsan and Yeongdeungpo, so it's really convenient to visit. My partner and I came by car.

Buchigom is located right in an alley near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station, so unfortunately there's no dedicated parking space. If you're driving, the nearest options would be a nearby public parking lot or the Dangsan public parking lot! Honestly, since most people come here to drink, not many probably drive anyway.

The inside of Buchigom had plenty of tables and was really clean. Even though we visited quite late, there were all kinds of groups — people on blind dates, couples, gatherings — enjoying their meals.

The interior vibe is great, right? Plus, since it's a late-night bar, I think that's why more people come here.

The raw whelk salad bossam and minari pancake set for two

At Buchigom there's a tablet at every table, so it was easy to sit comfortably and browse the menu to order. We thought about getting the set that includes the whelk stew too, but figured we'd be too full, so we ordered the raw whelk salad bossam and original minari pancake set along with a zero-sugar cola and a highball.

The basic banchan (side dishes) and sauces started coming out one by one — the basic banchan was cabbage and ssamjang. Beer goes down easy with just this, doesn't it?

They brought out plenty of sauces too — ssamjang and salted shrimp to dip the bossam in, and a cheongyang chili soy sauce for the original minari pancake!

Unfortunately the highball I wanted was sold out, so I couldn't have it. I had zero-sugar cola instead. Buchigom is great to pair with drinks, but the food itself is so good it's also perfectly fine to come here just for dinner haha.

How were the bossam, whelk salad and white kimchi at Buchigom?

The whelk salad bossam we ordered arrived. It came out generously with whelk salad, bossam, and white kimchi. You could probably drink a few bottles with just this one dish, hehe.

They also brought plenty of perilla leaves to wrap the food in.

The original minari pancake looks really delicious, doesn't it? It was fried to a nice golden brown, and it didn't seem to use much flour batter, which was great for a lifelong dieter like me. I really, really love minari pancake...

The bossam and whelk salad are delicious eaten separately, and even more delicious together.

The bossam went really, really well with the white kimchi too! My meat-loving partner wrapped it up neatly and ate it happily — honestly, needless to say, the bossam was just so good haha.

My partner and I chatted away while eating a ton of delicious food haha. It had been a while since I'd gone out for dinner somewhere open this late, and we had a great meal chatting about this and that!
