🍲 Spicy fishcake udon. It comes in a big bowl piled high with fishcake, fried tofu, and crown daisy greens! 🍥 True to its name, the broth is spicy and sharp, so taking a bite of skewer then a spoonful of broth resets your palate for endless eating!! 🤤🔥
🍢 Yakitori 7 pieces (random). The quality is on a completely different level from places that just reheat frozen skewers!! 💯 Each part — skirt steak, chicken cartilage, wing, neck meat, and more — comes with its own cute little wooden name tag. Such a nice touch 🏷️
Grilled with care over charcoal, they're crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside — crispy-outside, juicy-inside at its finest!! 😋🔥 The pairing with the sweet-and-sour sauce and crunchy cabbage salad was perfect too 🥗✨
