Cheese katsu: how long does the cheese stretch?

Kosi Isu Branch's cheese katsu had crispy fried breading generously packed with thick, savory cheese. I wanted to introduce this one first! Its perfect visual immediately caught my eye :)

The moment you bite in, the outside goes 'crunch!' and inside, tender meat mixes with hot, savory cheese that stretches into long strings — it was so savory and delicious ><

I already love cheese katsu haha, and the combination of clean pork with zero gamey smell and cheese full of flavor was just the best...!! It's great dipped in sauce, or just with a bit of wasabi on top — either way my mouth filled up with savory richness and I was so happy haha. The cheese was really chewy too haha.

Toriten bukkake udon: springy noodles with tsuyu poured over

Toriten bukkake udon is udon where you pour a cool, savory, umami-rich tsuyu (Japanese dipping sauce) over the noodles. This one exceeded expectations and was so appealing! The noodles were incredibly springy haha. The chewy, bouncy texture in my mouth was pure art!!

On top were big, crispy pieces of fried sweet pumpkin and shrimp tempura, and dipped into the tsuyu sauce, it soaked into the tempura and turned crispy and savory — so delicious~!
