This Nowon Station salad restaurant, Prefers Diet Food Nowon Station branch, is only 37m — about a 30-second walk — from Exit 9 of Nowon Station, so it was really close. There's no parking on-site, so I'd recommend using a nearby public parking lot.

What's on the menu at Prefers Diet Food Nowon Station branch?
This is a brand-new, freshly opened salad restaurant near Nowon Station! I was so happy Prefers opened a branch in Nowon. They have a wide variety of diet-friendly menu items ready to go — salads, poke, pasta, and more — so it was a great place to stop by!

From plates to bowls to pasta, there were plenty of menu types, and you could pick toppings to your own taste. The toppings were generous too, and the prices were reasonable!

Solo seats and kiosk ordering inside Prefers Diet Food
Inside the restaurant there were solo seats for eating alone, as well as 2-person and 4-person tables.

Orders are placed through the kiosk set up in the restaurant. I got the fork plate salad (₩9,900) to go, and ordered the beef rosé salad pasta (₩14,900) to eat in.

After ordering at the kiosk, if you collect stamps, they say you get a free chicken menu item after 10 visits! You can also get a Narangd cider or a smoked egg through their review event.

The country-of-origin labeling was also thoroughly marked!

How was the beef rosé salad pasta (14,900 won)?
Not long after ordering, the food came out. The beef rosé salad pasta was loaded with all kinds of vegetables and a generous beef steak topping, plus rosé pasta mixed in, so it made for a really filling meal!

The salad vegetables were super fresh, the steak was cooked just right, and most of all, there was so much meat that I was completely full!

The rosé pasta was delicious too, and eating everything together made the flavors come together nicely. It was hearty enough to satisfy even an adult man.

I'm dieting these days too, so I eat carefully a lot of the time, and after finishing this one plate I was full and satisfied — it tasted great.

Fork plate salad (9,900 won) takeout review
I took the fork plate salad to go, and it had fresh vegetables, sweet pumpkin and sweet potato salad, and even meat, so I could get a good balance of carbs, protein, and fat all in one.
