Nowon poke restaurant with beef rosé pasta combo: Prefers Diet Food

A brand new salad spot recently opened near Nowon Station! Today I'm sharing my review of a Nowon salad favorite-to-be, Prefers Diet Food Nowon Station branch. Let's go.

Where is Prefers Diet Food Nowon Station branch, and when is it open?

Prefers Diet Food Nowon Station branch is at 65 Sanggye-ro, 1st floor, Nowon-gu, Seoul, South Korea — right by Exit 9 of Nowon Station, super close. Open daily 09:00–21:00.

The exterior is all green tones like salad vegetables 🌱🍃 giving off a super clean, brand-new feel!

You can check Prefers' menu on the banner outside even before going in. The chicken plate has about 35g of protein for ₩7,900 — pretty nutritious and affordable, right? Let's hurry inside.

Is Prefers Diet Food Nowon comfortable for eating alone?

Prefers Nowon has a cozy interior that's comfortable for solo dining. I heard it hasn't been open long, but Baemin and Coupang Eats delivery orders were already nonstop.

Let's order conveniently at the kiosk. There was a variety of salad, pasta, combo, and curry menus. I went for the most filling, tastiest-looking beef rosé salad pasta combo (₩15,900), and added a chicken steak / chicken breast topping too. For my drink I ordered a fat-free latte with no syrup, haha!

Here comes the beef rosé salad pasta combo!!! It's a combo menu that comes with beef steak as a default topping, plus rosé pasta and salad. I made it even more filling and gorgeous by adding the chicken breast topping (₩4,900) on top. Highly recommended for dieters and gym rats who absolutely refuse to lose muscle!

I have a habit of losing focus when food is delicious,,,(?) The half-and-half combo of beef steak and chicken breast is truly beautiful. And the taste is excellent too... Are they sous-viding this or something? Why is both the chicken and the beef so moist,,,? ❤️❤️❤️

How was the fat-free latte at Prefers Diet Food Nowon?

Maybe because it's a fat-free latte, the coffee wasn't super rich, more on the light and plain side~! Not really my taste since I like rich, nutty lattes, but for dieters it's a light latte you can drink without any guilt, so it should be great!

But seriously ;;;;;;; the meat here is so tender,,, put it in your mouth and it's gone in one second flat,,,! Eating it together with the salad veggies is a very good combo...

And on top of that, the combo even comes with rosé pasta!!!!!! Basically

With such a filling combo that lets you taste all 3 menus at once, I'm already predicting this will become Prefers' number one best-selling menu.

I picked out and ate every last bit of the beef topping, but had some chicken breast topping left over, so I neatly packed it up to take home ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
