Wanting to do something different from the usual café-and-movie itinerary for a Daehangno date, I booked Suspicious PT Shop. This adult comedy is set in a personal-training studio, and I especially remember its bold dialogue and interaction with the audience.

Where is the theater?

The theater I visited was on basement level 1 of Nine Theater in Daehangno. Posters at the entrance gave me a sense of the show's atmosphere before I went in.

What kind of show is Suspicious PT Shop?

Suspicious PT Shop is a follow-up set in the same universe as Suspicious Hair Salon. This time, the setting moves to a PT studio, where the story unfolds in an everyday space of training and personal conversations.

Is there somewhere to take photos before the show?

The basement lobby had a photo zone decorated with dumbbells, barbells, and a stationary bike. The setup reminded me of a real gym, so I took photos before the performance.

After receiving my ticket, I also took a proof photo. I liked the ticket design and wanted to keep it.

How did the dialogue and scenes feel?

The actors' solid physiques caught my eye, and once the show began, time seemed to pass quickly. There were bold lines and scenes of physical intimacy, which I watched with some embarrassment.

The original post described the level as “29+,” so it felt quite explicit, though the stated age requirement is 19 and over. For me, the scenes did not feel excessive or uncomfortable; they worked with the lively comedy, and I was able to laugh a lot and relieve some stress.

What was it like to watch with a partner or friends?

The exchanges with the audience also tended to be risqué. I thought it would be good for couples or close friends who enjoy this kind of humor to share the atmosphere together. For me, it remains a memorable Daehangno date that was different from the usual.
