Seongbuk PC café with 5-player team seats: ZERO100 PC Gireum

In short

ZERO100 PC Gireum is a PC café in Seongbuk, Seoul, for playing team games with friends. We played League of Legends side by side in a five-player team seat and ordered cheese tteokbokki, coffee, and iced drinks without leaving our seats. Verdict: a good choice for a game-and-meal hangout with friends.

You know those times when everyone gets together and just going to a café feels a bit lacking, but after a meal it still feels too early to call it a day?

The first thing I noticed upon walking in was that there was no cigarette smell. No matter how good the facilities are at a PC café, it is hard to sit there for long if a smell lingers, but that was not bothersome here. The interior had a generally dark palette with neat lighting, so it was fine for focusing on the game screen. The areas around the seats were tidily arranged too. Haha.

A setup that made League of Legends easy in the five-player team seat

It had a high-spec PC café setup, with the monitor, keyboard, and mouse all nicely set up, and every seat came equipped with gear—niiiice. The mouse pads were generously sized, and there was not even dust on the pads, mice, or keyboards.

Gaming equipment including monitor, keyboard, and mouse

When playing as a team with friends at a PC café near Gireum Station, the condition of the equipment and the spacing between seats matter quite a bit. As soon as I sat down here, I got that feeling of, wow, this is a setup that is easy to game on!!! Using the five-player team seat with friends was especially convenient because we could talk right beside one another during team games. The sound isolation was better than expected too, so noise from neighboring seats did not come through overly loudly or feel like a chaotic mix. At a PC café with friends, it gets tiring when game sounds, voices, and surrounding noise all overlap—but no worries about that here~

Gimmari cheese tteokbokki ordered from the seat

Lots of PC cafés serve good food these days, but the food here looked pretty good even in the photos. There was such a huge variety that I really had to think it over before ordering~

There was also a screen for choosing the menu right from the seat, so it was easy to order food immediately if I got hungry while gaming. The gimmari cheese tteokbokki—spicy rice cakes with seaweed rolls—arrived in a bowl, topped with gimmari, with a cheese bar placed alongside it. It felt more like a full meal than a snack. Hahahaha, meal time properly starts~~

The basic cheese bar itself was seriously delicious here~ It was good dipped in the sauce, and alongside the tteokbokki, the rich cheese fritter paired really well with the spicy dish.

Tteokbokki just tastes extra good when you eat it while gaming, right? Hahaha. The food at this PC café near Gireum Station was better than I expected, so we did not need to head out separately for a meal in the middle of playing. When PC café food is too slapdash, it feels like it only fills the gap, but here the actual food matched the menu photos and was insanely tasty~~

Drinks while gaming and the spacious desk

The Americano, Ashat-chu, and maesil iced tea all hit the mark too~ The Americano was easy to keep sipping while gaming, and Ashat-chu, a sweet iced tea with a shot of coffee, went down so smoothly haha. We ordered maesil plum iced tea as well, and it was nice to sip between bites of seasoned food like tteokbokki. The kind of drink where you leave the straw in and take a sip after every round, haha.

When I go somewhere like this, a desk that is too narrow or messy cables can really bother me when I move the mouse. But the seat I used that day did not feel too cluttered, even with drinks and food on the desk.

If you are looking for seats for team games at a PC café near Gireum Station, the five-player team seat definitely had its advantages. Sitting in a row and playing with friends somehow makes you more immersed, and it is fun because they can tease you immediately when you make a mistake, haha. If I get together with friends for team games again, I want to check for a five-player team seat first, then order food too and stay seated like we did this time ^^.
