You know those weekends or weekday lunches when you think, “Today, I want a brunch that will really lift my mood”? But then you get to a brunch spot and brunch alone feels like a shame—you want pasta, you want soup, and suddenly you want everything.
The place I visited this time satisfied exactly those cravings: 37.5 Signature Mia Branch. Along with brunch, it has a pretty broad menu of pasta, soup, and salads, so it was great for going with a group and sharing.
37.5 Signature Mia Branch stands out from the outside

The 37.5 SIGNATURE sign was easy to spot even from a distance, so finding it was no trouble. With its full-glass exterior, the restaurant looked bright and tidy from outside, and I immediately thought, “Photos will turn out well here.”

The entrance has black framing with gold accents, giving it a bit of a restaurant feel as well as that of a brunch café.

The sign beside the entrance reads 37.5 BRUNCH & DINING MIA, making the restaurant easy to confirm even on a first visit.
A spacious, bright interior

The first thing I noticed on entering was that the interior was more spacious and comfortable than I expected. Light streamed in well by the windows, and the tables were not packed too closely together, so we could eat comfortably without feeling cramped.

The white-toned interior with navy and gold accents felt clean with a slightly upscale touch overall.

The mix of blue, pink, and mint chairs made the space feel cheerful, and it looked lovely in photos too. This is the overall feel when you look around. Some brunch cafés feel hectic as soon as you sit down when they are too small or crowded, but this one felt relatively relaxed, making it nice for a slow meal and conversation. The table settings were neat too ^^

There was also a self-service station on one side with water and cups.

The basic table setting was tidy too, which somehow made me even more excited before the food arrived. That day, until the food came, we said, “We came for brunch, so let’s eat lightly.” But to give away the ending: it was not light at all. We ate very properly.
A varied menu, from brunch to pasta

Looking through the menu, I found that it was not a brunch place with brunch items alone—it had quite a variety, including salads, steak, fried rice, and pasta. I thought it would work whether you wanted something light or a filling full meal.

There were plenty of pasta options too. Beyond standard choices, there were eye-catching items featuring myeongran (salted pollack roe), truffle, and Mont Blanc-style presentations. The more pages I turned, the more we kept saying, “I’m curious about this too!” and “That looks delicious too!”

Seeing the brunch dishes, soups, and sides together, it really seemed like a good place for several people to order a variety of things and share. After quite a bit of deliberation, this is what we ordered that day.
- Generous classic American-style brunch
- Mont Blanc myeongran cream pasta
- Surf clam pasta
- Clam chowder soup
We came just for brunch and ended up adding pasta and soup—a very happy decision.
A table full of brunch
As our dishes began arriving one by one, the table became more and more abundant. Rather than the feeling of having just one brunch plate, it felt like a little brunch party! I was very happy with the presentation from the start.

In the full table shot, each dish had such a different style that it was lovely to look at and even more fun to eat. The sweet-and-savory brunch, the rich nutty pasta, and the smooth soup made a very good combination.
Generous classic American-style brunch

True to its name, this was a genuinely generous classic American-style brunch. French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, salad, and fruit were all packed onto one plate, making it a satisfying choice for anyone who loves brunch.
I could have sweet French toast, then salty bacon and sausage, and reset my palate with salad in between, so I never got tired of it. With so many things on one plate, it would suit anyone who thinks the fun of brunch is eating a little of everything.
Smooth, rich clam chowder

The clam chowder we ordered was richer and creamier than I expected. It looked smooth, but when I scooped it up, it was quite thick and substantial—good as a starter and a great match for brunch.
I loved the way it rose thickly on the spoon, and one warm mouthful tasted comforting. Personally, a soup like this makes a meal feel so much more abundant.
Surf clam pasta loaded with clams

One of the pastas we ordered that day was the surf clam pasta. As soon as it arrived, the generous pile of clams caught my eye, and it was fun to eat them along with the noodles.
With garlic and vegetables mixed in, it felt fairly clean rather than overly rich, and paired well with the brunch dishes. While the brunch was sweet and savory, this pasta gave the meal a more dinner-like balance.
Mont Blanc myeongran cream pasta you open from a bread shell

The dish that caught my eye most that day was definitely the Mont Blanc myeongran cream pasta. At first glance, it was so unusual that I thought, “Is this bread? Is it pasta?” The outside was a large Mont Blanc-like bread form, with myeongran cream pasta inside. It was definitely more fun to look at than pasta simply served on a plate, so it was wonderful for photos too.
You have to capture this moment with this dish. It is quite fun when the pasta is revealed from inside the bread that opens like a lid.

When I lifted the noodles, they came up coated in creamy sauce, with the distinctive savory saltiness of myeongran. It was nutty and full of umami. Adding the outer bread changed the texture, making it even more fun to eat. If you want both photo fun and eating fun, I would quite recommend this dish.
For days when you want brunch and pasta together
Overall, what I liked about 37.5 Signature Mia Branch was that it is not a place with brunch alone; you can enjoy a range of dishes from brunch and pasta to soup and sides. The atmosphere was bright and clean, and the interior was relatively spacious, so it seemed good for a meal with friends or a family visit too.
Among the dishes we had that day, the generous classic American-style brunch stood out if you want to enjoy many things on one plate, while the Mont Blanc myeongran cream pasta was especially memorable if you want a more special presentation and a bit of fun.
