Seongbuk brunch restaurant: American plate at 37.5 Signature Mia

It wasn't because I wanted to have a relaxing morning for once... I just wanted some delicious brunch, so I went to 37.5 Signature Mia Branch (37.5 시그니처 미아점).

It's at Unit B103, Seongjin Church, 35 Dongsomun-ro 43ga-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. It's open daily from 09:30 to 21:00, with a break time from 16:00 to 17:00. I love that there is free parking in the building~

I made a reservation for 11 a.m. on Sunday! I once came without a reservation at weekday lunch and had to wait, so this time I booked ahead.

The inside was neat, and the tables were spaced generously, so it was comfortable to eat. The tables themselves were nice and big too!

A menu with everything from brunch to wine

The menu has everything from brunch and salads to pasta and pizza, plus coffee, all in one place. They have wine too, so I think it would be nice to have a steak, pasta, and a glass of wine here at night. I heard corkage is free too!

First, a shot with everything on the table!! The presentation was seriously amazing. I was only going to get brunch since it was morning, but ordering pasta too was definitely the right call!

What comes with the generous American brunch

The Generous Authentic American Brunch really is generous, just like its name! From salad and sausage to scrambled eggs, pancakes, and French toast? There was even avocado guacamole, or something like that, tucked away in there. Honey grapefruit, bacon—there was really such a variety of things.

The pancakes are so good with maple syrup, and the toast is delicious topped with scrambled eggs and avocado. You absolutely have to add jam too. The French toast was moist, through and through..👍🏻

Pollock roe cream pasta with plenty of sauce

I like the Mont Blanc Pollock Roe Cream Pasta because they always give you lots of sauce. Sometimes pasta comes up short on sauce, but here there is seriously so much that some always remains. I love it.

Don't pour in all the sauce—just half is enough to keep it perfectly creamy! You need to save some for dipping bread later. Essential!

The noodles were cooked just right, and the pollock roe went so well with them. It was nutty and delicious.

For the last bit of bread, dipping it into the soup you saved earlier is the best!! You can really dunk it in generously without holding back. But when you finish it all, you will be seriously full..

I was going to finish with a coffee, but I was too full, so I passed~ 37.5 Signature Mia Branch has a great atmosphere; it feels like a brunch café in the daytime and a restaurant at night, so I think it would be perfect for a date too! I want to come back one evening next time!~
