Imhak Station burger restaurant with family sets: Bas Burger Gyeyang
In short
Bas Burger Incheon Gyeyang District Office Branch is a burger restaurant near the Gyeyang District Office in Incheon, a 798m walk from Imhak Station Exit 2. On a weekend evening a family of three ordered the Bas Burger Set at 12,100 won, the Double Bas Burger Set at 15,800 won and the Mozza Chicken Set at 13,100 won, and finished all three in 10 minutes, with the potato chip and sauce self-bar free while dining in. Bas Burger

Why a family of three chose Bas Burger on a weekend evening
On a weekend evening, my husband and son called out for hamburgers in unison. Hearing that made me want some too. Their request was, if possible, a handmade burger — request received, let's go~~~🍔
Brand burgers are tasty too, but with a handmade burger, everything from the bread to the patty to the sauce has a different depth of flavor, right? So we headed to the famous Bas Burger Incheon Gyeyang District Office Branch. I'd heard from an acquaintance that it was delicious, but this was our first time trying it. Here's the story of our first Bas Burger visit♡

798m from Imhak Station: how to get to Bas Burger and where to park
Bas Burger Incheon Gyeyang District Office Branch is at 90 Gyeyangmunhwa-ro, 109, 203, 204ho, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, 798m from Imhak Station (Incheon Line 1) Exit 2. The exterior looked like it could be a burger place or a beer bar — turns out they sell both. Two birds, one stone!!! I know about chimaek (chicken and beer) and pimaek (pizza and beer), but this is hammaek haha

- 🅿️ Parking available
We managed to park in the underground lot, but since it's tight, there was signage about it. I'd recommend using the nearby public parking lots instead. Gyesan Taekji Public Parking Lot 1 charges ₩600 per 30 minutes, and Gyesan Public Parking Lot 2 charges the same. It's also walkable from Imhak Station or Gyesan Station.

The potato chip and sauce self-bar: unlimited and free in-store
And then there was the unique potato chip and sauce self-bar. While dining in, you get unlimited free access to salty, crispy James potato chips and a variety of sauces.
Angel-in-us Coffee and Bas Burger share the same building. They told people heading to the first floor to order coffee that it's actually on the second floor.

The interior has brick and dark wood decor with mood lighting — clean and upscale, but still comfortable.

Since it was so much, our son brought back chips and sauce for mom and dad to eat♡

Ordering at Bas Burger: kiosk, T-order tablet and the receipt review event
Order at the kiosk and you'll get a buzzer, or you can order right at the table with T-order.

It opens at 10 and closes at midnight, so you can enjoy it for a late breakfast, lunch, dinner, beer, or late-night snack. While waiting after ordering, there were a lot of takeout and delivery orders going out.

By the way, there's an event where writing a receipt review gets you a free mozzarella cheese.
Sauces and dips you can mix and match at Bas Burger
The store has these sauces set out, so it's fun to pick and choose.
- Bas House Sauce, Honey Mustard Sauce, Ranch Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Pollack Roe Mayo Sauce
- Distinctive dips: Cheongyanggochu Red Mayo Dip, Sriracha Mayo Dip, Truffle Mayo Dip
Craft beer prices at Bas Burger Gyeyang District Office Branch
Bas Burger doesn't just do handmade burgers — it also has a lineup of draft craft beers that go great with them.
- Bas Lager 4.7% ₩5,500 — the first beer Bas Burger brewed, shyly. A lager with a nutty finish followed by a sweet aftertaste
- Weizen 5.0% ₩6,500 — made with authentic Bavarian yeast. A wheat beer balancing malt flavor and acidity
- Cheongjin-dong 6.3% ₩8,300 — a fragrant hoppy aroma with heavy body and just the right bitterness
- Gwanghwamun 7.5% ₩8,800 — an award-winning premium stout with rich notes of vanilla and dark chocolate

The three sets we ordered, and the one side dish we regret
What we ordered
- Son's pick — Bas Burger Set ₩12,100
- Husband's pick — Double Bas Burger Set ₩15,800
- My pick — Mozza Chicken Set ₩13,100

Everything was so delicious, but our side choices were a regret. We should have kept just one order as French fries and swapped the others for something like sweet potato fries or homemade coleslaw, to try a variety. Why did we go and get all three sides as potato? We were first-timers, so...😥

How were the buns and patties? Three burgers gone in 10 minutes
The burgers were so good. A soft bun with a buttery aroma, a patty full of juice, onion, lettuce, and the sauce — this is exactly why you eat handmade burgers.
You can also add extra onion when ordering, or swap it for grilled onion. Drinks come with one free refill.

Eating it fresh in the store rather than as takeout or delivery probably made it hotter and tastier. The three of us finished in 10 minutes. My acquaintance said it was delicious but too big to finish, but we cleared our plates! Bas Burger's handmade burgers really. have. it.
